"Breathe out..." Tsireya ordered them. The rock beneath Maleia was becoming uncomfortable for how long she had been sat there. Her elbows rested against her legs, leaning forwards because her eyes were becoming heavy with exhaustion. But, Maleia followed Tsireya's instructions on teaching the Sully's how to slow their hearts to breathe better beneath the water.

She sat herself up and decided to ignore the tiredness. Her eyes itching and her brain wishing for more sleep. "Breathe in..." Tsireya instructed them all again. Maleia took a deep breath in, making sure that it was coming into her stomach.

"Imagine a flickering flame. You must slow down your heartbeat..." Her soothing tone spoke to them all. Tsireya then turned and pressed her palms against Lo'ak chest, "Breathe in."

Maleia knew that Tsireya was just helping Lo'ak, but she couldn't stop the way her stomach flipped around in nausea. "Breathe from down here. Breathe in slowly," Continued to order Lo'ak. He looked around at the surrounding Na'vi's sat with him, locking eyes with Maleia.

Tsireya's print for eyebrows that furrowed, "Lo'ak... Your heartbeat is fast." His heartbeat picked up in pace when he looked at her. Maleia smiled to herself before rubbing the tiredness from her eyes.

Roxto and Ao'nung noticed Lo'ak's glance towards Maleia, both of them sharing glances and attempting not to laugh. Neteyam noticed as well, he wouldn't miss his brothers first crush on someone.

Kiri watched the shameless acts from the three boys and shook her head. Tuk looked around, confused, not understanding what had become so funny all of a sudden.

Maleia looked around at the group. Her head tilted to the side once she realised why they snickered and had sly smiles on their expressions. "Is this happening?" She whispered to Kiri, Kiri only replying with a short sigh before continuing to practice.

Soon, the lesson had finished. Deciding to see if their efforts had been successful. Confidently, Maleia stood from the rock and dove straight into the water.

Her legs had started to become numb afterall. Or, maybe she wanted to escape for just a minute to herself.

Her throat clicked beneath the water and an ilu swam towards her immediately. Connecting her kuru, Maleia swam around the ocean with the beautiful animal. Watching as the others began to join her beneath, meaning her moment of silence had begun to come to an end.

She moved around to find Lo'ak. He was swimming with his ilu. The two of them swam together for a while, allowing the ilu's to circle around each other before breaking the surface of the ocean.

"You are learning to breathe!" Tsireya mentioned to the Sully children.

Maleia turned on the ilu to watch the orange overcast of the sun turn into dark blue. Instead of focusing on the sunset, Lo'ak kept his sight on her— sitting in front of him. Watching her fascination with the beauty of her own home. And the beauty of her.
