(A/n Kay another time skip guys. Sorry. Just, not a whole lot of ideas until she's older. Oh and with the silent conversations its like this :

Plain Bold :Sam
Plain italics :Jess"My name's Jess." The 11 year old Winchester introduced herself to the kid. Dean had agreed to let her come on this hunt instead of staying at the bunker because the only witnesses were some kids her age. It was her job to get them to open up, trust Sam and Dean, and answer the questions. Should be simple, right? Yeah, if you think that then you don't know the Winchesters.
"Why are you here? I've never seen you 'round here before." One of the kids asked suspiciously and Jess sighed internally.
"My dad brought me. He's the short FBI agent investigatin' the deaths that happened a couple of weeks ago." She fed them the story.that she and Dean had run through last night.
"But, why would he bring you on a job? Isn't there rules against that or something?" One of them asked and Jess sighed. These kids just would not take a simple answer, would they?
"My mom died when I was a baby, and my dad is the only person I have left to take care of me. So, I get to come on the jobs, but don't really do anything. I sit in the motel room and hangout there most of the time. That or go to the arcarde. That's why I came here." It was true. She.had come to the arcade because she was bored and Dean had said she could. It was just a coincidence that she had bumped into the kids she was supposed ti get all buddy buddy with. But she was going to use this meeting to her advantage.
"Oh. Well, okay then. Is it cool having a special agent for a dad?" When the kids finally accepted all of her answers and they stopped talking about her and her dad, she actually had a good time hanging out with them. She had fun being a normal kid, even if it was just for show. She even managed to get some answers Sam and Dean needed out of some of the more stubborn kids, who had refused to talk to the adults. As she was walking home Jess was feeling good about the day. She had had a good time, got to help with the hunt, she was happy.
"Hey Jessie. What's got you in such a good mood?" Sam teased as his niece walked into the motel room. She frowned slightly and walked over to Dean, who was sitting on one of the beds. She sat next to him and gave them both a questioning look.
"Hey, Dad, Uncle Sam, I was thinking," Her voice trailed off as she stopped talking.
"You were thinking about what Jessie?" Dean asked, looking at his daughter.
"Idon'twanttogobyJessieanymore! Itsbabyishandnoonetakesmeseriously! Iwanttogob Jess!" She rambled.
"Whoa! Slow down there kiddo. What?" Sam turned so she had both his and Dean's full attention. She took a deep breath.
"I don't want, to go by 'Jessie's anymore. Its too babyish. No one takes me seriously. I want to start going by 'Jess'." She repeated herself, slower this time. The brothers looked at each other having a silent conversation.
You okay with this Sam? Sam sighed looking from his brother to study his niece. She had such a hopeful look on her face. He looked back to his brother.
Yeah, I'm cool with it. How about you? You ready to let your little girl grow up a little bit? Dean just sighed in response."I'll think about. Until then why don't you go play outside or something." Dean suggested.
"Okay." Jess said, hopping off of the bed. She went began to open the door when she remembered part of the reason why she had come back. "Oh, yeah. I ran into those kids that you wanted to take me to talk to and I got the answers you guys needed." She quickly repeated to them what she had been told.
"Thanks, that'll help us a lot." Sam said and she grinned.
"Happy to help." She closed the door behind her before looking around, trying to decide where to go. Finally she decided on the little woodsy place behind the motel. She began to climb one of the trees and she didn't stop until she got far enough to stare at the sunset. (A/n like 10, 20 feet. Nothing to bad.) She sat on one of the branches just staring happily until...
"Jessica..." a voice whispered behind her and she spun around so quickly that she lost her balance and her grip on the branch. She began to fall towards the hard ground.
