Jungkook's age in this chapter is 18. Only Joonie will appear in this chapter as their cousin brother.

"Hey, my little girl!!! What are you doing?"

Namjoon asks while keeping his laptop aside, peeping into y/n's drawing, although he already knows what she's doing.

"I'm drawing, Joonie..."

"What are you drawing, baby?"

"It's our family, y/n, Joonie and Koo...we are a family right?"

Namjoon sighs, feeling touched by the girl's words who even doesn't bother to think about her late mother and father. She was at an age she barely understood anything, the way they passed away and the way Jungkook started to hate her.

"Of course, baby...we are a family"

Namjoon utters with a subtle smile, not trying to teach her about her parents because she won't understand about that long story.

A year ago, Jeons were a happy family. But turning everything upside down, one night the elder Jeons had to go out, because y/n was veiling her lungs out as she was sick. She had a bad fever which was there during their funeral as well. However, they never came back alive. They faced an accident on the way, leaving Jungkook and y/n behind. Since that day, the Jungkook who used to be loving and caring towards his little sister started to hate her, saying that she was the reason for their parent's death. No matter how hard Namjoon, their cousin brother who looks after them as his own siblings, tried to make Jungkook understand that there's no wrong of y/n in this, he kept blaming and hating her.

Not understanding any of these, y/n kept reaching and seeking for Jungkook's love and warmth she was missing since a long time, only to receive a bunch of scolds and unpleasant reactions whenever she does so.

"I'm going to show it to Koo!!!"

The girl chirps which made Namjoon snap out from his thoughts. He watches the way the tiny frame climbed the stairs with excitement, he felt bad knowing that she won't receive the reaction she expects from Jungkook. He gets up from his seat and silently follows y/n, seeing her already at the door frame of Jungkook's room. The girl enters inside and Namjoon goes behind her, stopping near the door of the room.

"Koo..."

Y/n softly tugged in his long sleeve, earning a deep sigh from him.

"What?"

He turns his swivel chair around towards her with an annoyed look, as he was working on something.

"Look what y/n drew...."

The girl says in excitement despite his unwelcoming reaction, showing the drawing before his eyes. Jungkook snatches it from her hands, giving it a disgusted look.

"What the hell is this?"

"It's our family..."

"Family? You are coming here with this bullshit, talking about family even after killing my parents? Seriously?"

He gets up from his seat, his face says nothing but anger. Y/n stares  at him with her teary eyes, soon the tears start to flow down on her soft cheeks.

"Kook, that's enough!!!"

Namjoon says while entering inside and Jungkook just gives him an empty gaze and rip off y/n's drawing into pieces before scattering them into the air. The little girl just stares at him while sobbing, her breaths getting unsteady.
