"I'm home--"

Jungkook says with a smile as he enters through the main door, but welcomed by an ongoing chaos, which is y/n getting scolded by Jiho for something. He sighs softly, seeing y/n just staring at the floor without saying anything in return, unlike the other teenagers who would always argue with their parents.

"Mom, what's wrong?"

Jungkook softly asks, shifting his gaze towards y/n who's still focusing on the floor.

"Oh, here comes your saviour. Jungkook, I really don't care whether you are going to support her not, but please ask her for attend that freaking ballet practices!!! Our whole family did it, Kook!! She can't skip it just because her weak limbs are hurting!!!"

It happens again. Jiho often scolded y/n within past week for refusing to attend the ballet classes, it usually ends with a heartbroken y/n. Jiho was known for being talented for ballet back in her teenage years, all over the country. In fact, it's something she inherited from her family and she wants her daughter to choose that path no matter what, so she forcefully gave y/n ballet lessons by professionals, but y/n can not take the immense pain when she was forced to do extreme stretching exercises. At the first day, Jungkook was just surprised and hurt to see her laying down on a bed, couldn't do anything literally. She cried to him, saying it's really painful and from that day, Jungkook was able to save her from the unpleasant practice till now. But no matter y/n's condition, Jiho wants her to make her proud by doing things she likes, not by the things y/n likes.

"Mom don't act like you are blind!! Didn't you see how hurt she was just because of those stupid stretching exercises?"

"That's not the point, Jungkook. Even it was painful for me, but I got used to it!!!"

"You and her, are not the same, mom!! You got used to it, but she can't!! Don't act like you don't know her health problems!!"

He isn't lying. She was born as a prematured baby because Jiho faced an accident while she was carrying her, so y/n had to face many serious surgeries including a heart surgery and a tiring activities like that are not for y/n obviously, which is another reason Jungkook is trying to save her, his baby sister is so precious for him.

"Well does it look like I care?"

"You are playing with her life, mom!!! I don't know whether she's precious to you or not, but for me, she's such a bless!!! I'm trying my best to protect her and I don't blame her for being sick often like you do, because I can remember what she has gone through unlike you!!"

"Koo, stop it please..."

A gentle voice disturbs the heated words and Jungkook feels a tiny hand rushing its way to hold his hand.

"Please don't fight because of me.."

Y/n gently says and Jungkook gives Jiho a done look, as he takes y/n away with him before she could apologise Jiho and agree with her forcefully, just because they are fighting. He brings her to the bedroom and closes the door behind, fixing his gaze on y/n who's focusing on the floor again.

"Hey, it's okay, baby"

Jungkook softly says, approaching her and as soon as his voice enters her ears, y/n could not take it anymore, for she knows that she's with a person whom she does not need to play her emotions with. Her bottom lip quivers and a tears escape from her eyes and she quickly embraces Jungkook, burrying her face on the crook of his neck. Jungkook softly sighs as he plants a tiny kiss on the side of her head and he carries her to the bed, sits on it along with her and lets her cry the way she want.
