"Kook wake u---"

Jiho's words get lost as she enters inside Jungkook's room, halting her steps by the door as she took a good look at the sight infront of her. She softly sighs, seeing the way her kids are sleeping together while huddled upto eachother which reminded her the childhood days of them.

They still aren't ready to change.

Tangled up with the businesses the whole time, Jiho and Minjun barely could spend some time with their kids. They were feeling guilty, but still they had no option than engaging in the path they choose.

What took their hearts was the way the siblings have grown up so much closer and the way they were inseparable. They were happy about the way Aeri was there for Jungkook for anything and the way Jungkook was there for Aeri for anything.

"Kids, wake up you both!!!"

After enjoying the scene Jiho yells at them, changing herself to a typical Asian mother. Jungkook was the first one to open his eyes slightly and he immediately closes them, as she turned the bright lights on.

"Yah!!! Get up for a while!!!"

"Turn the lights off, mom..."

Jungkook groans in his sleepy and raspy voice, snuggling even more into the hug he's giving his sister.

"I just wanted to say we are leaving!!!"

"Mhm..."

Jungkook hummed in reply, closing his barely opened eyes again which made Jiho hiss in fake annoyance.

"That's all? Atleast say goodbye!!!"

"Bye mom... Take care. I'll give you a call later..."

Jungkook mumbles out this time which made the mother shake her head.

"When did you both reach home yesterday? And when did you sleep even?"

"Four..."

"Four? It's just six still!!!"

Jiho sighs, finally closing the lights as she walks towards them and kisses them on their foreheads.

"Sleep well then. We are going..."

Jungkook nods, still half asleep and he hears Minjun's voice inside the room too. Next he feels him ruffling his hair and he assumes that the father kissed Aeri's forehead as he hears some shuffling sounds beside him. Soon the door is closed again, leaving the room in the silence and giving the perfect vibe to sleep again.

Even after reaching the home in the midnight they spent some time to cook, next to eat that, another couple of hours of talking and even to finish a half of a movie before falling asleep. Jungkook's sleep normally gets disturbed by talking like Jiho did, Aeri's sleep usually comes to an end if some other people are shifting around, but today they are extremely sleepy because the last night was long to them and they fall asleep just two hours ago.

The boy was about to fall asleep again and he feels Aeri snuggling into him more, so he opens his eyes to check if she's experiencing any difficulty in her sleep. Realising that he's feeling cold he lifts his head up, noticing that the blanket wasn't covering them properly through his barely opened eyelids which feel heavy. He straightens up on the bed for a while which made the girl whine and his eyes shift on the tiny figure whose clothes have rode up which probably made her feel cold. He sleepily brings down her rode up t-shirt which covered her bare back again and he fixes her rolled up sweat pants too, grabbing a corner of the blanket before plopping down on the bed again. He drapes it over them properly, pulling Aeri in a hug as he presses his lips on her forehead sleepily, falling asleep in an instant as he felt exhausted than any other day which made him feel like he can sleep the whole day.
