Chapter Five : Kidnapped

Hope's POV

I finally have the job that I wanted, 'E&C Co.' one of the biggest architectural companies in the world. It is my mom and dad's rival company
by the way.

I told Arielle and Dylan about the job and they were so happy for me, and so proud of me. I call back home once a day, to let them know our
status. My mother was so thrilled and dad was being dad, not really happy that I was working with our competition. But anyhow he was happy that I got my dream job as a senior architect.

My only concern was to my brother Max , as I told him I got the job at this company his reaction was a little off, he was not happy that I work for that company,he said that people there are not really nice. Well, whatever that means, because all I know is that he doesn't work there.
"Lets go to the beach, wear that orange bikini, I am wearing the white one" Arielle says, as she proceeds to the bedroom with a plate full of
shrimps in her hand.

Her obsession with shrimps and vodka is the dirtiest combination to get her sick, but she loves it.

"Hmm" I hum as I lean back on the couch and scroll through my phone. A ping on my phone, and I open the notification as I see the
message.
There is an important matter that I would like to discuss with you about Adrian.
I text back, What important matter now?He was the one ending this relationship.

Please meet me behind Iven Hotel's back gate at 9 tonight. This is important, he was forced to leave you. Please be here, I know you are in Santorini, I could not meet you in Canada because of your dad. A quick reply follows back.
I take a second and reply back, Okay
I throw my phone on the couch and think that what just happened?
Should I go or not? Should I tell Arielle or Dylan about this? "Come one, Bit*h" Arielle yells and I snap out of my thoughts .
We are on the beach and I have worn an orange bikini underneath my white shirt and cute black jean shorts.

I have these stretch marks on me which I am not comfortable showing around. The only time I show that much of my skin is getting changed.
I am laying on the beach chairs and watching Arielle get all flirty with a stranger and Dylan literally making out with that stranger's brother. Well,

now I know how they felt when I was with Adrian all the time. Sucks to be single !
I close my eyes while sipping my juice and I don't realise when I fall asleep.I suddenly feel someone nudging me, and telling me to wake up.
"Get up, Hope"
I huff and tell "No, 5 minutes"
And all I could hear was a sexy laugh, god! Who the heck is laughing
so sexily .

I open my eyes slowly as the sun shines right in my eyes, and there was this beautiful face of a beautiful eyed man, the greyest eyes I had ever
seen in my entire life.

"Gosh" I say as I check the man out who is in a black suit and a glass of whiskey or bourbon in his hand. Who the heck dresses so formally at the
beach.

"Hi, I am Ares" He extends his hands as I still look at him in awe.
I lick my lips and stand up stumbling as still drowsy.

"Hi, I am Hope. You ... You are Ares, the Ares that we were searching for?" I look at Dylan who is as surprised as I am.

Ares smiles and says, "The one and only."
"How did you .. you know find us?" Dylan asks
"I was here inside the restaurant and I was informed by a staff member and I saw the message you left for me, Hope. So I went through security footage and that's how I recognised your sleeping figure:"He explains.

I smile and instantly give him a hug, "Thank you for not forgetting us"
He hugs me back and whispers, " How can I you were the most greediest kid I had ever meet than"
I pull back with a pout on my face as Dylan hugs him, then comes Arielle with her new fling and asks us what's happening and we tell her the
unbelievable thing just happened
She introduces Ares and she tells, "Why don't you join us for dinner
tonight? Rian and Javier here are also going to join us?"
