Chapter Thirty One: Lies

Author's POV

Hope was wide awake, she had no energy to move even a slightest, she was weak, vulnerable and heartbroken after what Kairav had uncovered. It was Adrian, he was supposed to take her there instead of her brother, he was the one who was trapping her to get her to Kairav. He was supposed to be on their side, but he did not proceed with the plan, or was he waiting orsomething?

"Hope?" Mason whispers, as she slightly moves her head up. A tray full of food was brought to her, Mason helped her up as he tried to feed her, but she was not eating. She was too shocked to realise what was happening, her appetite was dropped, she was hungry but not after the revelation of Adrian's true colors. She was confused, she was sad, heartbroken, she wasreally somehow caught up in between his lies. Her brother who brought her to the kidnapper, the kidnapper who brought the love of her life to her, her husband Who was supposed to be an enemy.

"Just Have something?" Mason says, as Hope does not read so he decides to leave the room with the food beside her.Tears slowly but continuously roll down her eyes as she releases the trust that Adrian had broken, she wanted to understand him, but did not know how. She was to be with Jim for the rest of her life and now what?

What is she supposed to do?

Her cries were heard by her brother who was standing outside her door, leaning against the wall. He wanted to comfort her, but this was her fight she had to get herself back up.

"WHY? Why? Why would he do this to me? All I ever do is love him? Why would he plan all this?" She whispers to herself, trying to make sense of the things her husband did. She had made her mid, she was never going to forgive him, he was never going back to him.

AFTER A FEW MOMENTS, shedding her tears one last time, she stops making her mind to do everything in destroying him. Looking down beside her the tray of food, she accepts it, putting it in her lap she gobbles down the food. THINKING she will need strength to fight every monster inher life.

****Another room of the same 3 level house in the middle of nowhere, the man who wanted revenge and his love, was talking to his left hand man, Tiku, who was a man with a small build but he had the strength of a wrestler.

"Tiku, you know how to proceed with this right?" Kairav, confirms looking at his most trusted man. Tiku nods, saying nothing but confidence in eyes was all that Kairav needed.Getting up, Kairav puts his hand on the man's shoulder and says,"Okay! Then Go get her! Go get my Heer back!" Tiku nods as he leaves the room in silence. Making Kairav feel confident, he had lured Heer out by sending a picture of an unconscious Hope. A smirk sits on Kairav's face as he gets excited to see his Heer after so many years, to make her his was all he wanted."Once Heer gets here, I have the flight ready to go to Fiji, with Hope."He speaks as Mason enters the room.

"But... but you said you will let Hope go!" Mason stutters. Kairav turns around and slaps him hard, and announces, " I will do whatever I want, I will give her as a gift to some big businessman there or something! You do not meddle boy, and pack your bags too you will be going with us"Mason could not say anything, he was stunned by his father's behaviour. That is when he realised all of this father son thing was just a drama.

He never really wanted us, he was so stupid and fell of this joke of father's acting. He was beyond angry, but decided to stay quiet as he had to save Hope and his mum too."Okay! Then I will pack my bags, but just do not hurt Hope or mum! Please dad!" He requested.Kairav smiles as he says , "It's so good that you call Heer your mum, I bet she is the best mum. I wonder if we could have some kids at this age?" Mason was utterly disgusted, as he wanted to punch the shit out of this man. But holding back his anger he gets out of the room excusing himself.
