Bonus Chapter

Author's POV

Everyone in the family was happy, Hope had 4 beautiful kids and a husband who loved her. Kabir and Heer were blessed with grandkids too, they were so happy with their son's kids and daughters, they were enjoying being grandparents. They had decided to go on a tour of the world, so did Johan, Kaira, Shanaya and Klaus. Kaira had just one problem and her stress, her son Arjun who was a loner, she was worried he would not eat, sleep or live like a human so she had given Hope this responsibility of helping her brother to live like a human. 

Arjun was fighting a battle with himself, he was too depressed to even talk about it. His best friend, Adam Crisstoff, a psychiatrist, was the only one who knew about things that he had gone through in his early teenage years. He was too ashamed to express his feelings to anybody, he sometimes envied his little brother Dylan, how freely he can express his feelings for anything in his life to anybody.

"Arjun! You have to get this out of you, not everyone is the same" Adam advises. Arjun sighs and says, "Yeah! Whatever! I will see you next month for this. And I have to be at the hotel tomorrow for a blind date,  Mum set me up and Hope is persistent that I go there. At Least meet the girl" He rolls his eyes as Arjun gets up and grabs his jacket from the hanger nearby. "Okay! Tell me the deets when you get back. Ah! Here Anie and Lucy baked this for you. They wanted to let their uncle Jun have a taste of their cookies." He hands Arjun a jar full of choco chip cookies, He smiles as he remembers telling his nieces about this. Opening up the jar, He quickly grabs a cookie which is a little overcooked but whatever I take a bite, wow! They did a pretty good job, Anie is 12 and Lucy is 9, I have been in their life since the day they were born. "Wow! They did pretty good job, baking this"

Adam sighs and says, "this is Betty Crocker dough they just setted it on a tray and Serine baked them. I am envious of you, they do not bake me anything" He shrugged as he took another bite of the cookie and told him, "I don't care, tell them I love this and I will visit this sunday" Adam sighs and nods his head as Arjun leaves the room with the full jar of cookies in his hand. The man knew he was going to have a wonderful day today, this was all he needed.

"Adrian, can you look for Kahee, I will look for her in the kids room" Hope says as her face worried, almost about to cry. Adrian nods and assures her, "Don't worry, baby. She will be here. I will check the garden" She nods and goes to the triplets room to check, she could not see anything except sleeping babies and their cribs, but then she looked again, it was two little feet on the floor sleeping. A sigh of relief escaped her mouth as she slowly got out of the room, looking for her husband. She called him and informed him, " Ad! Come here I want you to see something"

The swing of mood on her face, she could tell she had found Kahee. The excitement on Hope's face was something that made Adrian smile, he knew she needed to be happy for him to be happy. She grabbed his arm as they went to their kids room, slowly opening the door and looking inside, Adrian had the same smile, sense of fulfilment, he knew this is what he was yearning for.
"She looks so cute," Hope whispered, as she leaned on her husband. He hugged her and asked, "Shall we take a picture?"

"In a minute" She answered as she sniffed her husband's smell of cologne. There was a tension between them, from past 5 months since the triplets were born, there had been no sex in btween them. Hope was busy with Kahee and the triplets to focus on him, he indeed helped her out but she was tired by breastfeeding and needing some rest.
Hope leaned and whispered in Adrian's ear, "Can we put her in her bed and go to our room?" He gulped and just said, "Okay!" And went to put Kahee on her bed all the while tip toeing not to wake the infants. This was exciting for him, he wanted her from so long, but he respected her. She had given birth to her babies, she needed time. He had to be understanding.

Both Hope and Adrian were cuddling, when one of the triplets started to cry. "It's your turn" Hope announced as she pulled the comforter upwords and buried her face in the pillow. Adrian chuckled and kissed her on the head before getting out of the bed stark naked and pulled a short to wear. Hope peeked up to her handsome husband who looked absolutely delicious. She was so satisfied by the sex, it had been a while since they did it. He left the room to pick Raavee, the crier who would cry until his siblings would cry with him. Whatever it was, Adrian had learned to enjoy parenting and being a good husband, and a better human being. He was all up for this challenge with his wife by his side.
