Hope's POV

Suddenly, Mason bhai was dragged somewhere. I tried my best to stop the man from taking my brother away, but Kairav had other plans. It was now the morning after the dinner when Mason bhai was dragged out. I was super worried about him, tied up in my room. I tried my best to get out of the ropes that were binding me to the head of the bed.

"Ah!! Come on!" I grunted as I successfully untied the rope with my teeth. What the heck? Why was it so simple? I shook the thought out of my head and slowly opened the door to get to my mother's room, which was my mission. I had to get my mum and Adrian's mum out of here. I stopped in my tracks as I remembered that I was pregnant. Biting my lip, I put my hand on my stomach, reassuring the little baby that we would be out in no time. Slowly, I made my way towards my mum's room, which was not so far from mine. Opening the door quietly, I peeped inside the room to see my mum tied up in the headrest like me. I stepped in and looked to my right, where I saw Adrian's mum tied down in the same way. My mum finally noticed me.

"Hope? Why are you here?" She asked. I ignored the question and untied her before untying Sasha's arms.

I looked at mum and Sasha, who were now up and on their feet. "Now, go out through the room passageway. I've seen it before, and right now there are no guards. So we have to escape from there."

"What if he sees us?" Sasha asked. I nodded my head and assured her, "Do not worry, there is no one there. I need both of you out of here first so that I can look out for both of you."

"No, no! I want you to come with me! Okay!" Mum insisted. I nodded because I knew arguing with her would take me time. I led them to the passageway where there was a window that was old and broken. Mason bhai had shown me this.

I had to get him first. Sasha climbed out, and then mum did the same. I got up on the small edge of the window and told my mother, "Mum! I will be back. I need to get bhai. Please, mum, I love you."

"No, Hope..." Before she could say anything, I climbed down inside the building, ready to rescue my brother. I knew any of my brothers would do this for me, so this was my responsibility to save them.

I hid as I heard someone walking by. Suddenly, a hand wrapped around my neck, and I whimpered as the man dragged me out from my hiding spot. "Look what I found, Kairav," the little old fart blurted out. I kicked him where the sun does not shine and took his weapon from his waistband. I did know how to shoot, but I had never shot anyone. Putting the tip of the gun on the little old fart, who was now kneeling, I warned Kairav and his three minions behind him.

"Do not, do not step forward," I said as I wrapped my arm around the man and tightened my grip on his neck. "I need my brother here right now, and I need you to get me a car. If not, dear uncle, I will kill this little sh*t here."

"You cannot do anything, my dear niece. You would not know how to shoot him," he laughed as the other sidekicks laughed with him. I needed to show him a trailer. I shot the man on his right, but on his leg, and suddenly, everything got serious.

"Okay, whatever you say!" Kairav raised his hand as a heavy thing banged on my head from behind. I was weak, my legs gave up, and the person behind me grabbed me. I looked up at him, to see it was Adrian, my husband, the man I trusted the most, the man who would be responsible for my death. I was really mad, upset, disappointed, and heartbroken. All these emotions were swirling up, but I just couldn't help but feel the pain from the blow as I slipped into darkness.
