One always remembers their firsts.
The first crush, the first kiss and the first-time sex.
What about the first heartbreak?
When all the firsts are centred around one person is it easy to erase them from the memories?

*Mile Phakphum - Instagram Reels – Live streamed video on 27.12.2022 at 10.45am*
Mile: Hello, I'm Mile Phakphum Romsaithong! I have someone joining me with this live. I believe everyone knows her as my fiancée of two years.
- Mekhala joins the live from another account.
Mekhala: Hi, Mekala Ayutthayan.
- Waves with an awkward smile.
- Mile reading comments.
Mile: "Of course, we know." "Everyone knows princess Mekhala.", "Why are you joining Mile's live from a new account?", "When are you two getting married.", "Are you here to announce the date of your wedding?"
- Chuckles softly.
Mile: No, we are not here to announce the wedding date.
- Looks at Mekhala and laughs.
Mekhala: My social media are usually handled by my PR team. This is a new account I specifically made for this live with Mile. We have a story to share with you. I hope you guys would watch our live till the end. Mile?
- Waves a hand at Mile.
Mile: Some of you may partially know our story but we want you to hear the truth without the coating of sugar.
- Smiles.
Mekhala: Our intended union was decided by both our fathers. I was just an infant while Mile was only seven.
- Looks at Mile for confirmation. Mile nods.
Mekhala: We had no choice. Our parents had already made it for us. Tell me, how would you feel if that happened to you?
- Mile reads comments.
Mile: "Refuse right out.... tell parents to go to hell..... I wouldn't say no to marrying a man like Mile....."
- Mile chuckles.
Mile: We had our own dreams, an idea of how our lives would be in the future but no. Mekhala and I had to submit to your parents' decision.
Mekhala: I wanted to study further. Be a college professor. Teach Anthropology. Research and present my hypothesis. But, no. I must marry and have children to continue the bloodline. Do you think it's fair?
Mile: I have someone I've been in love with for years. I would like to be with them but this.... this deal our fathers have made is keeping me from being happy with the one I love.....
