Doctor Octopus brought spare parts up to a massive machine. The machine was a close match to the one from Octavius' presentation.
"We're almost done" Doctor Octopus said with a grin, and one of the tentacles went up to his face.
"What's it supposed to do?" The Tentacles all asked in unison as Doctor Octopus walked up to the machine and the tentacles put the pieces in place.
"It'll allow us to draw clean energy directly from the sun, at a rate so extreme that within one hour we will be able to power the entire state" Doctor Octopus said with an evil laugh.
