Near Oscorp Tower, 10:30 pm
Max Dillon walked through the streets, alone. He had a Spider-Man badge on the left of his chest on the other side was his Oscorp badge.
Suddenly on the empty street, A trio of thugs rushed up to Max and shoved him into an alleyway. The trio then went In after him and walked up to him menacingly.
"Cooperate, and you might be able to leave without injury" The middle thug said as he went up to Max "We need All of your money"
"But I need the money!" Max said as he sat up, suddenly the thug on the left kicked Max, and then kicked him once more in the gut. Max coughed hard and curled up, and Max struggled to stay conscious as as held the Spider-Man badge tightly.
"Please ... Please I need the money" Max said as he struggled to breathe, and cried as the thug on the right stomped on Max's back, and Max lay there barely conscious.
The Middle Thug then went up to Max and took his wallet before taking all of the money out, as well as everything else of value. The thug then tossed the wallet back at Max.
"You should've listened to me" The Thug said as he left and Max closed his eyes and laid there.
