9/21/2008 unknown time and place

"How is the project going?" Norman Osborn asked a scientist who jumped at his presence.

"I-It's going dine, we've constructed the Glider and Bomb prototype as you requested, the bombs are highly pressurized, and they have a button that adds extra pressure until they pop, the Glider utilizes some of the latest technologies to be as powerful and fast as possible." The scientist said meekly "We also have a prototype suit, it is made out of partial nanotech, mainly in the areas that can't be restricting."

Norman smiled as he looked at a canister filled with a bright green goo.

"And how has out Goblin Serum been going?" Norman asked as the scientist remembered his fear from earlier.

"We still haven't perfected the formula, it hasn't been deadly. But it does have some major consequences" the scientist said as he gave the canister to Norman.

What are the side effects?" Norman asked as he looked to the scientist, who tried to hide his face.

"Split personality, insanity, increased strength and stamina, and in one of the seventy cases, death" the scientist said meekly as Norman looked at him intensely "The death, the person was sick before the trial, they had cancer or something"

"Good enough, is it ready for the final test?" Norman asked as he looked around the lab.

"Yes, but nobody's volunteered since the death occured, they're afraid despite the fact that subject 0 was sick before the test" the scientist said, and Norman put the canister into place in an injector.

"I'll do it" Norman said as he pressed the injector into the scientist's hands, and then he sat down as some other scientists strapped Norman up for the test "We can't lose our funding from the military"

Norman then slowed his breathing down as the scientist went closer and injected Norman with the serum, as the contents went into Norman's bloodstream, he winced. When it was all in his blood, the scientists all stepped back and went behind cover, the Norman began shaking violently, and his mouth began to bubble. His eyes turned green and he whimpered in pain before the frothing turned green. Then all of a sudden he went stone cold, his heartbeat flat lined, and the symptoms all stopped suddenly. The lead scientist stepped closer to get a better look at what happened. He was inches from Norman, when suddenly Norman jumped to life, and broke right through the iron bar holding his hand, and grabbed the scientist by the neck. Norman then let out a menacing cackle as the other scientists clambered to escape.

"What's the matter?" Norman said as his eyes glowed green "Goblin got your tongue!?"

"Sir, w-what ... are you ... Doing?" The Scientist said as he struggled to breathe.

"w-what are you doing?" Norman then mocked the scientist before tossing him against chemical containers, the contents of which spilled onto him, and he screamed in agony as his body bubbled and burned.

"I'm fixing the natural order of things" Norman said as he went up close to the scientist "Humanity is toxic, destroying the earth, time to destroy humanity"

Norman then went and grabbed the equipment the scientists had made, he then hopped onto the Glider, and cackled as he tossed a bomb at the wall, causing it to implode.

"Tata" Norman shouted as he then flew out the hole the bomb made, and as he flew away in the night sky, he tossed bombs down on the Oscorp lab, the bombs then exploded illuminating the landscape.
