Good thing that it's time for bed. Since my phone was taken away, I had nothing to do before I fell asleep. I sat there, staring at the ceiling.

Then I grabbed an extra notebook I kept under the pillow and turned a flashlight on. I opened the notebook to my next open page and stared at the blankness. What should I write?

101 ways to control your anger.

1. Stay calm at all costs

2. Take a deep breath

3. Let it all out on something that's not a human. (Ex. Pillows, paper, etc.)

4. Ignore it

I'd say I'm off to a good start.

I woke up the next morning with my notebook on my face.

I pushed it off of my face and got out of bed. Dad was already at work and mom worked from home. I went into my moms office.

"Mom can I have my phone now?" I asked.

"Will you not threaten your brother?"

"Yes..." I lied.

She grabbed it off of her desk and handed it to me.

"Thanks I love you!" I said in my fakest voice ever.

Then I walked to the kitchen to get some breakfast.

I grabbed my notebook and stuck it in my backpack well, because, I get mad the most at school.
