"There's rumours about you and Seonghwa. That you guys are soulmmates."
"WHAAAAATTT?!!" Hongjoong dropped his books that he was carrying, his face turned a devilish shade of red as his breathing became abnormal. That was when Hongjoong's eyes locked with a specific sandy-blond's cold gaze. Seonghwa walked down the hallways towards Hongjoong in angry steps. He grabbed Hongjoong by the wrist and pulled him into an empty storage closet.
"Seonghwa, what the heck? What's going on!?"
"Did you do this?" Seonghwa's tone was loud, unnerving and outright scary.
"What..." Hongjoong was taken aback, his voice dropped to nearly a whisper as his eyes shot wide.
Seonghwa stepped closer to Hongjoong, making the shorter hit the wall behind him as Seoghwa cornered him. His few drew closer until they were just inches apart. "What the fuck were you thinking, making up a rumour like this! We're not soulmates, I don't like you. So just fuck off." Seonghwa stepped away from the shorter and left the dark room. Hongjoong fell to the floor, his breath heaving as he tried to contain his rapidly beating heart. What the fuck just happened, Hongjoong thought, grabbing at his heart.
Hongjoong fell into his seat next to Felix and an aggravated Seonghwa. Hongjoong couldn't help but feel sad when he looked over at Felix. He looked like a dejected, kicked puppy. Felix obviously liked him and the whole thing with Seonghwa probably just made him think he had no chance. Hongjoong put on a light smile as he turned to face Felix.
"Hey, Lix. About yesterday-"
"Hyung please, I am so so SO sorry! I had no idea..."
"NO Lix, nothing is going on... I would love to go on that date." Hongjoong rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly waiting for Felix's response.
"I- uh... Are you sure, hyung?"
"Of course Felix." Hongjoong took Felix's hand in his and rubbed it reassuringly.
Seonghwa hoeweve, scoffed as he looked down at Hongjoong's wrist that was on Felix's hand. The dark music note contrasted his pale skin so brightly, it would be hard for anyone to miss. Under his desk, Seonghwa pulled his jacket sleeve up to look at his own musical note on his slightly tanned wrist.
"What am I going to do now..."
