Being a member of the world renowned PPOP boy group, SB19, Josh Cullen Santos was on top of the world. Life was good. That was until his past came to haunt him, reopening the wounds that he tried so hard to patch closed.
It was already one in the morning when I made my way back to the hotel room. Surprisingly, Paulo was still up and awake.
"Did you videocall, Doc Gab?" I asked, sitting on my bed.
Paulo nodded. "Yup. She's in her clinic now. Up and about. I told her to stay at home because she's due anytime soon but she just wouldn't listen. Tsk. So stubborn sometimes."
I chuckled. Paulo got someone as workaholic as him. "She loves working. Same like Grace. She's busy working on her game," I replied, lightly shaking my head.
Our wives were like us. We were passionate about our work as artists. Our wives were passionate with their careers as well.
It's what they say, birds of the same feather...are the same birds.
Right?
Hehe.
I was beat. I was glad that Grace's parents had accepted me as their future son-in-law, but my eyes were beginning to close. I was really tired today.
"Goodnight, Pau," I told him.
"Night," Paulo replied.
We got about a few seconds of silence until I heard a loud banging on our bedroom door.
"Joooosh!" I heard Cha scream.
"What now?" I groaned, stomping all the way towards the door. I opened it and came face to face with a seething Cha.
"Josh Cullen. Explain this," she said, holding up her phone in front of my face.
I rolled my eyes before settling it on her phone.
My eyes immediately bugged out of its sockets.
OMG.
No way. No, no way.
"You are so dead, Josh." Cha told me, closing the door behind her. Paulo was looking at us, surprise written all over his face.
"What's this all about?" he asked.
"Josh here-" Cha began, but was immediately interrupted by the opening of our door. Justin, Stell and Ken hurriedly entered the room. All three were red-faced.
"Ate Cha. Twitter is all bull," Justin wheezed.
"If it's all bull, then why were the three of you rushing here?" Cha demanded, her hands on her hips.
"What is going on?" Paulo asked again, more urgently this time.
"This! This is what's going on," Cha declared, holding her phone to Paulo's face.

Pablo peered at it, his face perfectly calm.
"You can't take that seriously, Cha. I mean, that's clearly fake news," Paulo said, rolling his eyes at her.
