Josh's POV

Paulo's ex was back.

At first, I felt elated that Doc Gab was back. She was hired as SB19's on-call physician. Stell had been fainting after we perform for quite some time now that Cha was alarmed. I was especially worried. I had known Stell the longest among the group. I would hate it if something happens to him.

Doc Gab being hired as our doctor means that Paulo was going to see her quite often.

It meant more fights between the both of them. Paulo and Gab quibbled together and the rest of SB19 was caught in the crossfire.

We didn't want to participate in any love quarrels. No thanks.

Paulo said he loves Gab. But then, he would often argue with her. See? Love sucks. Mahal daw pero bat nang aaway? I just don't get the logic behind it.

Paulo's world came crashing down the moment he found out that Gab was married. Paulo was too late to the ball game.

But, Paulo and Gab were holding hands.

Right in front of me.

I wanted to choke Paulo.

SB19 was currently in Korea. We just had a concert in Seoul Arena. It was hard to believe that we just performed in the biggest concert stadium in Seoul.

And it was a sold-out concert!

I was ecstatic for our group. I was not ecstatic, however, for Paulo and Gab. Gab was a married woman and yet, she was flirting with Paulo. Paulo knew she was married and with a kid, yet, he had to flirt with Gab.

If they keep this up, I would disown Paulo as a friend.

Just as I thought that the flirting would be over on our last night in Korea, Paulo had the audacity to....dun dun dun dun....sleep with Gab!

Sleep as in they slept together. I mean, tabi sila natulog..not the... you know....did the act. At least I think they didn't do the act.

For a married woman, Gab sure was not acting like it. She was a wife and a mother for freak's sake. Why was she sleeping in the same room with a man who was not her husband?

I had given Gab the stink eye ever since.

Probably the last straw was when Paulo said that he was happy about going to Korea. Ang kapal din niya nung sinabi niya yun. The audacity!

Why was he happy? Why was he smiling as if he didn't commit a sin? Where was my friend who honored the sanctity of marriage?

"You don't have the right to be happy now!" I screamed at Paulo. "Do you not feel pity towards Gab's daughter? You're lucky you never grew up in a broken family."

I had cried in front of SB19. No child ever deserves to have a broken family. I keep thinking about devastated my mom was when dad left. I remembered how devastated my sister and I were when the only parent that we can rely on was my mom. I was jealous of other kids who had a father.

I didn't want Gab's daughter to feel that. She didn't deserve it. I wanted Gab's daughter to have a complete family.

I was angry at Gab- for cheating on her husband, for not thinking about the repercussions of her decisions. She should not have married if she still had feelings for Paulo.

I was angry at everything. We had just arrived from Korea. Paulo had apologized to me that morning but I brushed him off, telling him that he shouldn't apologize to me. He should apologize to Gab's daughter. How dare he try to break up their family!
