The three Swan's sat in the corner booth of the diner. Althea was already stuffing her face with her food. She wanted to enjoy the family dinner with her dad and Bella before she was supposed to meet Jacob at his house. Even though she had eaten a few hours ago at school, the girl acted like she had never eaten a day in her life the way she suctioned the food up like a vacuum. Charlie looked at the girl in shock, making a new record time while Bella looked at her amazed. For a tiny girl, they were unsure of where that food was even going.

"Here you go," The waitress, Cora said while she handed Bella her food. "I still can't believe how much you've grown. And you're gorgeous."

"Hey, Bella. Do you remember me?" Waylon Forge approached their booth. Charlie had a slightly unamused look on his face at one of his old buddies. Bella looked to Althea a little lost, not familiar with who the man was. "I played Santa one year."

"Yeah, Waylon. She hasn't had a Christmas here since she was four," Charlie pointed out.

"I bet I made an impression, though, didn't I?" Waylon asked.

"Butt-crack, Santa," Cora said, Althea snickered from beside Charlie who was putting salt on his fries. "Alright, let the girl eat in peace. You don't want to overstay our welcome or miss sunshine will throw food at you," Cora pointed to Althea, knowing the girl hated when other people interrupted her meals unannounced. She guided the man away while Althea picked a french fry off of Charlie's plate and tossed it into her mouth. Earning a playful glare from her father in return for her thievery.

"You know, I should throw you in a cell for the night with those sticky fingers you got," Charlie told his youngest daughter.

"Sorry, I got plans. Besides, you act like that would teach me a lesson as if I wouldn't just fall asleep on the bench," Althea said.

"You see what I've had to deal with all this time?" Charlie jokingly asked Bella who chuckled.

"Yeah, such a handful she is," She played along.

"So, how was the first day? Did you settle in nicely?" Charlie asked. Bella nodded her head.

"It was good. I have gym class with Al. We played volleyball and I hit a guy in the head," Bella went over her experience with Charlie.
