It was already dark. They've done playing games the whole day and now they were playing cards; with Jisoo, Lisa, Irene as players and Seunghyun was also playing. Jennie, Cheyoung and Dara, as audiences, watching them.

They've been playing for hours now, Jisoo kept winning almost every round. They all watched in disbelief at how good she was at it.

"Yah Kim Jisoo, why are you the only one winning? Are you using some tricks or what?" Lisa complained.

Jisoo smirked. "Pfft i don't even have to do that, i'm born good at everything."

"Ain't no way you win every damn time, i refuse to believe it."

"Well, what do you want me to do with my sexy brain? I have no choice being good at everything!" She shrugged in a proud manner, making them groaned.

Except for Seunghyun, he was busy being amazed by his daughter, he didn't know she was so good at this thing.

"Shut up before i get rid that smirk on your face!" Lisa warned in a playful tone.

"Beh, loser!" Jisoo stuck out her tongue at Lisa earning a fit of laughter from everyone.

Jennie who was just beside her hit her wife's arm lightly. "Chu, stop teasing them." she stifled her laugh.

"But love, it's true." she pouted.

"Or it's your lucky day and we are just unlucky... ouch, my back hurts." Irene winced.

"Unnie, you are old."

Irene gave her a glare. "Shut up!"

"Jisoo is quite good at this, did you play this before?" Seunghyun asked her.

"How did you know, dad? i used to play this with my seniors, uh, actually... they told me the secret to win." Jisoo said, she then laughed at Lisa and Irene's shocked face.

They throwed pillows at her face at the same time. "I knew i can't trust you!" Lisa whined.

"Yah then why didn't you tell us sooner? ugh... i can't believe i hurt my back for nothing. I'm done playing, i'm going to rest now." Irene winced before getting up.

"Well, i love seeing you suffer." Jisoo grinned, she kept teasing Irene and Lisa.

"I'm also done. You can play this with uncle, he seems to enjoy it." Lisa also got up.

"Well, i do. But i'm also tired, i think i will rest now." Seunghyun said.

"Okay, dad. You're also getting old, you should sleep early and take care of your health."

"I know, you don't have to remind me that i'm old everyday." he responded making them laugh.

"I'm just telling you like a good daughter that i am. You shouldn't do too much work, plus you should lessen your rants at me as well."

"Maybe if you behave well and stop talking back to me everytime." he answered in a playful tone back.

Seunghyun is only serious when it comes to work, normally he would just plays along with them also.

"I am very well behaved, i don't know about stop talking back tho. I need to defend myself."

"You're so stubborn."

"Umm... uncle and auntie, it's getting late. Lisa and i will get going now." Chaeyoung announced.

"Okay, drive safely dear. Thanks for joining us today."

"Drive safely, kids." Seunghyun said.

"Thanks for the foods as well, we enjoyed it a lot." Chaeng and Lisa bowed down. They waved at Jensoo and Irene. They give them a hug before they get on their car.

Jisoo was washing the dishes while Jennie chatting with her family and eating some fruits as a late night snack. Jennie offered to help but the elder strongly refused, saying she will be quick and will join them soon.

"Is Jisoo treating you well, honey?" Dara asked, putting a slice of apple in her mouth.

"She is, mom. You don't have to worry about that." Jennie answered with a polite smile.

"She's a very hard-headed person. She used to get into a lot of troubles back when she was still in school, she fought literally everyone." Dara told her.

Jennie already know that, they were in the same high school. But Jisoo's family doesn't know that they went to the same school, so Jennie chose to just go along with them.

Jisoo didn't tell her family about her personal life that much, let alone her love life. She was a stubborn kid and liked to do things on her own.

Jisoo told them she already has a girlfriend, but didn't say who she was or have she ever brought Jennie to meet them until she announced that she wanted to get married, and Jennie is going to be her bride.

Hell, her family had no idea what that girl Jennie even looks like. Jisoo only introduced Jennie to her family a month before marriage. Luckily, Jennie was loved by everyone and was wholeheartedly welcomed to the family, even the always-pissed-king Dalgom liked her, that's Jennie Kim.

"She was so stubborn, i used to scold her everyday. That brat never listened, she's scared of no one." Dara said, making them laugh.

"Right, i remember that time she even fought a guy that was so much bigger than her, he had like 4-5 guys on his side but Jisoo still fought him. She only had Lisa with her, I can't believe her brave ass. I think she almost broke that guy's leg if i remember correctly." Irene added. She shook her head lightly and chuckled at the old stories of her mischievous sister.

"But she has changed quite a lot since she told us she has a girlfriend, which i assume is you, right? She doesn't fight nor get in troubles anymore. I mean she's still stubborn but she's so much different now.  Thanks to you, Jennie. " Irene gave Jennie a warm and grateful smile.

Jennie blushed. She shyly smile back at them. "I-I didn't do anything. Jisoo was always a kind person. She's just mischief and a bit hard sometimes."

"Tell me right away if Jisoo do anything wrong or if she does something that could break your heart, i will get her for you, dear." Seunghyun told her with a gentle smile, sipping his hot tea.

"Thank you, dad. But you don't have to do anything. Jisoo always makes me happy and she kept up with my tantrums most of the time already. She has been nothing but a gentle, sweet and caring wife to me. I'm actually pretty lucky to have her i can say."

"We're so glad to hear that, sweetheart. But still, if she does something stupid, you can smack her ass. We give you the permission." Dara said with a serious face, Jennie just giggled.

"That brat is so hard-headed and never listen to anyone but i guess, you're an exception, Jen." Irene smiled in awe at the cat eyed girl making her blush even more.

They continued to chat for awhile waiting for Jisoo.

"Love, i'm done." Jisoo came and kissed Jennie's cheek. She smiled at them, "What were you guys chatting about?"

"Nothing much, Chu. Just this and that." Jennie responded, smiling at her wife.

"Okay, i think we should go now, it's late already."

"Why don't you spend the night here, honey?" her mom asked.

"I'm sorry but we can't, mom. Jennie has an early shoot tomorrow. Maybe next time? i will visit more often, i promise."

"Okay if you say so, and you better keep your promise."

Jisoo chuckled. "I will, mom. Love, let's go?" she softly asked Jennie.

The younger girl nodded. "Okay, mom, dad, unnie, we'll be going now." she bowed and went to hug them.

"Drive safely, honey. Call me when you're home."

"Drive safely, dear."

"Goodnight, dad, mom, unnie."

"Goodnight, kiddos."
