"Did my little mandu have fun?" Jisoo murmured with a soft smile as she glanced down at her wife nestled against her side, holding on tightly and refusing to let go.

Jennie always gets extremely clingy with the older girl whenever she feels tired, it's like Jisoo is her source of comfort, her safe place.

They were in the elevator to their apartment after finishing the hotpot that Jisoo recommended. Jennie decided that that Chinese restaurant is her favourite place to have hotpot too because it's so good, almost everything is good.

The younger nodded, a contented smile gracing her lips as she rested her head against her wife's shoulder. Her hand slipped around the girl's forearm, holding her tightly because Jisoo's hands were full of the shopping bags and they couldn't hold hands.

"I did. Let's have hotpot there more often." Jennie mumbled, her voice barely above a whisper as her eyelids drooped with exhaustion. The day had taken its toll on her, leaving her feeling sleepy and drained, but she was happy.

"You really can't stop talking about that hotpot." Jisoo chuckled.

It seemed Jennie couldn't get enough of describing how delicious the hotpot was and how they should make it a regular occurrence from now on.

"It's really good..."

"I'm glad you like it."

"I love it." Jennie mumbled. She then looked up and side-eyed the elder. "I can't believe you never took me there before!"

"I only went there for meetings."

"Still, you've been enjoying the good stuff alone all this time!"

Jisoo chuckled sheepishly, realizing she really had been missing out on sharing this delightful experience with her wife.

"Hey, in my defence-" she was about to protest but her wife shot her a glare, making Jisoo clear her throat. "Uh- but now that i know you like it too, we'll definitely make it a regular spot. I'm going to take you there more often."

"It's going to be our thing from now on. You will only take me, Jennie Kim, and your wife there only, are you hearing me?" the cat eyed girl declared firmly, her tone leaving no room for negotiation.

This was serious business for her, and she wanted to ensure their newfound favorite spot remained exclusively theirs.

"But what about my meetings with clients?"

"You can come as a group, not one-on-one." she added, considering the elder's job as she went back to resting on the elder's shoulder.

"Noted, ma'am." Jisoo giggled, placing a kiss on her hair making the cat eyed girl smile in satisfaction.

"Give me some, i'll help." Jennie reached out her hand to take some of the bags, seeing the elder's hands were carrying everything alone and her hands had nothing but her own purse.

Jisoo shook her head with a reassuring smile. "It's fine." she insisted, lifting the bags slightly to demonstrate that they weren't too heavy for her to manage alone.

Despite Jennie's offer to help, Jisoo was determined to handle the bags herself, wanting to ensure her wife didn't exert herself unnecessarily.

"But your hands are full, i want to hold your hand." she pouted.

"Just hold my forearm, just like you did." Jisoo suggested softly, offering an alternative way to maintain their physical connection.

"Okay," Jennie replied, complying with Jisoo's request as she held onto her arm, feeling the reassuring warmth of her touch.
