Nagulat ako nung pagharap ko ay nasa harap ko na si Bryle.
"Is she gone?" Tanong niya.
"Yep." Malungkot na sabi ko sa kanya then I smiled sadly at him. A sad smile.
"Why?" Tanong ni Bryle.
"I feel sad for her. She really do love you." Sabi ko.
"Don't be. She'll find the right guy for her. And I don't think it's me." Nakangiting sabi niya, a reassuring smile.
"Eavesdropping, ey?" Nakangiti nang sabi ko sa kanya.
Nagkibit balikat naman siya.
"What if it's you then?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
He rolled his eyes at me. "I'm not. But if I am then I will go after her."
Napangiti ako. "I hope people do that. I hope going after someone you love will be a lot easier if they realize it before that someone who loves them leave."
Ngumiti siya. "They won't realize someone's worth, until that someone leaves. They'll feel that something is missing."
"I really felt bad for her. I really don't like Unrequitted love. It's so heartbreaking." Malungkot na sabi ko.
"I know. Base on experience right?" Tanong niya.
Napangiti naman ako. "Yeah right."
"If it's meant to be it will be. Let Destiny, Fate and Love do their job." Sabi niya.
Nagkibit balikat naman ako.
"Are you done packing?" Pagchachange niya ng subject.
"Yep." Sabi ko then I hugged him.
"Thank you Bryle. Thanks for everything. For taking care of me. For letting me stay in here." Sincere na sabi ko sa kanya.
He hugged me back. "I always told you this, it's nothing. It's fine. I love you, you know that, right."
Nanlalaki ang mga matang napatingin ako sa kanya. "You love me?" Gulat gulatang sabi ko. Pagttripan ko lang.
"Of course!" Sabi niya.
I looked at him suspiciously, "What kind of love? Don't tell me it's romantically. Bryle, I do llve you, but it's only a brotherly love. I never liked incest!" Sabi ko
"Gaga!" Sabi niya sabay batok sa akin.
"Aray ha!" Sabi ko sabay hawak sa parte ng batok ko na nasaktan.
"Sorry." Hinging paumanhin niya naman.
Nagsemi pout ako. I haven't done this for a long time. Madramahan nga tong poging to.
"I thought you love me. You said it a while ago. Then why did you hit me?" Maluhaluhang sabi ko.
Shems! Pwede na akong magartista. I can win oscars in just a snap. I felt sorry for Leo tuloy.
"Sorry, okay? Yah, of course I do love you! But it was only a sisterly love. Why? Do you fell for me already?! I'm warning you, just like you I am not a fan of incest." Nanghihilakbot na sabi niya
Napahagalpak naman ako ng tawa. "Of course not! I love you too but like your love towards me it's just a sisterly love."
He rolled his eyes at me. "Gaga ka talaga. And about what you said a while ago, I hit you because I love you." Sabi niya.
