It's already 5:30pm when we arrived at the venue.
Marami na ring tao.
"Pinsaaan!!!!!" Someone said.
I turn around to see who is it.
"Angel!" I said.
"Omg! I missed you!" she said then hugged me tapos nag mano kala mana and mommy while beso naman with Rosalie.
"Anak, mauna na kami sa loob." mama said.
I nodded.
"Where's the others?" I asked Angel nung makapasok sila mama.
"Nasa table namin." she said.
"Oh, e bakit andito ka sa labas?" I asked.
"I was waiting for you." She said.
"Kilig naman ako. Miss nyo ako?" natatawang sabi ko,
"Gaga ka, alangan! Mahigit limang taon ka yatang nawala!" she said.
I smiled. "Lima ka dyan! Four and a half lang!" natatawang tukso ko.
"Sira!" natatawang sabi niya
"Let's go inside?" I asked.
"Tara!" she said then pumasok na kami.
I roamed my eyes around the venue. It's classy. I like it.
I smiled sadly when I saw someone hugging a lovely pregnant lady, they're located near the rest rooms.
They looked so sweet and happy.
I sighed with a heavy heart.
"Are you okay?" Angel asked.
I smiled at her then nodded.
"You don't look okay." she said.
"I will be." I said sadly.
The event will start at 6. Kaya naman hindi muna ako nakipagchikahan ng bongga sa mga pinsan ko at nagikot ikot ng table.
I lost my thoughts a while ago when I saw my friends, I smiled and waved at them then lumapit na ako sa kanila.
"Rhicaaaa!!!!" The four of them shouted then sinugod ako ng yakap.
"Shhhhh, don't make a scene gals." Natatawang saway ko sa kanila then I also hugged them.
"We just missed you so much te! Kaloka to, di man lang nagpaalam." Roxy complained.
Natawa na lang ako.
"So anong ganap today?" Chloe asked.
"Welcome party for us daw and sabi ni papa iinvite ko kayo." I said.
"So kung hindi sinabi ni Tito na iinvite mo kami, hindi mo kami iiinvite." Nagtatampong sabi ni Jenovah.
"Maybe." natatawang sabi ko,
"Ay, kaloka to. Di man lang nagpaligoy ligoy kahit onti." reklamo ni Jenovah.
"Same old Rhica." Naiiling na sabi ni Shelley.
"Hey, For the record I really don't care what the hell this party is all about. Papa just told me to invite some friends over. And he'll introduce me to my future husband kuno daw." I explained then heaved a sigh.
"Okay fine. We'll accept that." Sabi ni Roxy.
"Wait, did you said future husband?" Shelley asked with brows furrowed.
