I'd stick with the wine.

Who was involved in wine production?

The wine was made by elves, humans, hobbits, and dwarves.

Thranduil wanted to devote himself to growing and making his own wine, but his realm was located in places where grapes did not thrive, so he had the best imported.

Dorwinion was a land whose grapes were protected by my charms. As a token of their gratitude, they delivered barrels of the best wine to the Forest Realm at a lower price than they offered to humans or dwarves.

The Shire was suitable for growing crops and the hobbits took advantage of this to grow many crops including grapes. The land was particularly fertile in the Second Age - Bilbo had offered me wine from his stock many times.

Dwarves produced wine, but preferred beer much more.

The places where people lived mattered too. The people of Gondor preferred wine, and the people of Rohan preferred beer.

But none came close to the quality of Dorwinion wine.
