"Dad," I mumbled.
"Yes, dear" he said proudly back to me. "Aren't you happy about the set up?"
"Well, not really..."
A few minutes later Eliot, flawless Eliot, walked into the cave we were standing in.
"Hi" he said politely. I don't think he is really happy with the set up either. Or maybe he is just shy. Yeah right, Eliot shy!! He is the most handsome horse of the herd, and gets lots of attention.
"Hello," I said remembering he was talking to me.
"Well, I'll leave you too alone," my dad sighed awkwardly.
"So," Eliot looked at me. "Are you excited to be my mate?"
"You excited to be mine?" I laughed.
"We both aren't very happy about this are we?" He said looking at the ground.
"I should be," I said.
"You know," he smirked "you could run away."
"Yeah, cause my dad would like totally accept that."
I looked away, blushing, this is the longest we've ever talked.
