TOXIC

Chapter 5

      1994, November time. Indigo was spending time with her family in thier new home in Toxic, Indiana. Indigo was painting the outside of the house midnight blue with all of her sisters. Indigo's mom and dad were doing yard work, making sure the grass was as green as it could be. Indigo was having the time of her life, her older sister, Daruka, splashed a little paint on her, then all the girls had a paint fight.

      Indigo, covered in paint, was approached by the neighbor boy. "Hi, my name is Logan Guard. I'm your next door neighbor." Indigo smiled and said "I'm Indigo Succubus. My family just moved in this week." Logan smiled and introduced himself to the rest of the family, they all became friends quickly. As Logan was leaving, Indigo ran up to him to say goodbye, but when she blinked, her eyes turned black. Logan implied that her eyes were beautiful, Indigo couldn't help but blush.

      At school, Indigo was excited to see what hell she could unleash at school. A winter formal was in session that Friday, a perfect time to cause chaos. In class, Indigo saw Logan was in the same class as her, she could not stop staring at him. It was English class, and Indigo was struggling to understand the short story the class had to read. Indigo made hell's flame help her, she was able to understand each and every little thing during the whole school day.
After school, Indigo was heading to cheer practice when Logan stopped her to ask if she would want to go with him to winter formal. They planned thier date for that Friday, then Indigo went to cheer practice.

      At cheer practice, one of the girls saw Indigo had solid black eyes. "You're a freak! Your eyes are completely black!" Indigo got embarrassed and angry. The anger caused Indigo to unleash hell's flame on the girl, the girl turned to ash rights before everyone's eyes. The whole cheer squad panicked and Indigo got expelled from school. People from town would say things such as: "She deserves worse, she should be in prison, she should go to hell."

      Indigo went to the forest that night, it was so cold, do to the rain. While crying, she yelled "Why am I this thing? Why can't I be normal!" That's when she saw a bright beautiful light appear in front of her. "Logan?" She said with confusion. Logan had this bright light with him, his eyes were beautiful like snow, he had the wings of an angel. "Indigo, I don't want to feel this way, let me help." Logan said in sweet soft voice. Indigo ran and hugged him saying "I want it to be over. When will it be over?"

      As the years passed, Indigo graduated from online school, as did Logan. Logan and Indigo started a relationship, but thier families did not approve "An angel with a demon? That can not be. You two are far too different to be together." Logan's mother said. Indigo's father said to Indigo "You two would not be well together. You are evil within, he is innocent within. It's not going to work."
      A few months passed, Indigo and Logan were more in love than ever. They decided to run away to Kansas City, Texas and get married. Indigo became a lawyer and Logan joined the military. A few months later Indigo found out she was pregnant, and Logan was excited, for he was unsure if they would even be able to have a child.

      In the present day, Indigo sat in her backyard, drinking her coffee thinking about the good times she had with her husband before he passed.  Indigo is greatful she got to have Alora, without the family being involved. Liam showed up and saw Indigo in the backyard. Indigo invited Liam to have a cup of coffee with her till Alora comes down stairs, Liam accepted the offer.
