Hey everyone! Thank you so much for clicking on this story and I hope you find it useful! The first chapter of this book is going to be about how to keep your hair healthy, regardless of length, texture, or shape.
If you've ever bought a hair mask before, you'll know that there are a lot of nasty chemicals in there that may weigh down your hair or damage it. You can prevent this by making your own hair masks, that work just as well.
Honey and Olive Oil Hair Mask
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of honey, and 6 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Mix the ingredients together and spread through hair, section by section
2. Let it sit in your hair for 15-30 minutes
Side note: With olive oil, you should be careful and use it sparingly. Don't use too much, because olive oil can sometimes cause early grey roots if you do so. Other than that, this mask is really nourishing and is great for dry hair.
Milk and Honey Hair Mask
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of milk, and 1-2 tablespoons of honey
1. Mix ingredients together well, so that the honey melts and isn't clumpy
2. Wait 45 minutes to an hour and then wash off with shampoo
Side note: This mask is amazing for really dry and damaged hair, because it makes your hair shiny and soft, without weighing it down or making it greasy. It's safe to use once or twice a week.
Split End Remedy Hair Mask
This mask is great for people with lots of splits ends, and long hair. Since they are at the ends of the hair strand, the hair is already dead. Hair is just dead cells, so there is no way to get "rid of" split ends, but there is a way to make them less noticeable and make the rest of your healthier.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of almond oil, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1. Mix these ingredients together, and work mixture into hair
2. Focus on the ends of your hair, the parts that have the most damage
3. Wait 30 minutes and then rinse off
I really hope you guys try these hair masks, I've already used the honey and olive oil one, and it really worked for me. I'm really excited for this book, so make sure that you keep voting and share with your friends :)
