So, today I'm going to be sharing with you a mask that I have on my face right now. I have very sensitive, super dry skin and it's really hard to find products that soothe my sensitive skin without making it super oily. This is my last week of school and on Thursday, I have senior awards that I need my skin to be cleared up for. I started this mask on Saturday night and have used it every single day since then. I'm seriously noticing a difference.
Sensitive Skin Face Mask
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup oatmeal
Directions:
Mix the plain yogurt and the oatmeal and apply on your face. I've been leaving it on for like 30 minutes, but you can leave the mask on for however long you like, as long as it's 15+ minutes.
Now, you're looking at what you just made and thinking "Kayla...there's enough mask in here to last me a month". I know, I know. It'll last you about a week, as long as you keep it in the fridge. In the refrigerator, it'll get thicker as time goes on because the oatmeal absorbs the yogurt a little. As soon as you put it on, your skin will calm from the cold of the yogurt.
