Benefits of Fruit

How are you guys?  Today I'm going to be writing about using fruit as a way to clear your skin.  Not only does fruit taste amazing, but it's also has great beauty benefits.  All fruits should be raw (this gives the most benefits) and organic.

Best Fruits to Use:

1. Apple

2. Banana

3. Blackberry and raspberry

4. Citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, tangerine, etc)

5. Grape

6. Papaya

7. Pineapple

8. Strawberry

How you can use them (in order of fruit above):

1. Apple--apply the pulp/freshly pressed juice (you can do this in a blender) directly to your face, massage in to your skin, and leave on for however long you want.

2. Banana--mash the pulp and put it on your skin.  if you have cosmetic clay, you can add it to that for more benefits.  i really recommend this for dry skin, because it's extremely gentle but also moisturizes

3. Blackberry and raspberry--blend the berries into a pressed juice and apply to your face using a cotton ball or cotton pad, before you wash it off.

4. Citrus fruits--apply the freshly pressed juice to your face and leave on for a few minutes.  Do not use on areas of your skin that are sensitive or have open acne.

5. Grape--use fresh pressed grape juice (buy it obviously) or mash up the pulp and put it on your face.  Leave on for a few minutes and wash off, it should feel tighter.

6. Papaya--apply the pulp directly to your face and massage it in.  Rinse after a few minutes.

7. Pineapple--do the same thing as papaya, or you could cut a chunk of pineapple and rub it on your face instead of applying a pulpy paste.

8. Strawberry--same as papaya

These are great ways to use extra fruit that you have (ones that you won't eat), on your face.  They provide amazing benefits including tighter skin, even skin tone, and removing blemishes and acne.  Enjoy guys!
