Hi everyone! So I went to the mall a couple days ago, and stopped by LUSH Cosmetics. Their products are honestly really good, and they're really fresh (they make them in the store), but everything is so expensive! I've been wanting their mask Coalface for a while, and I realized I could make my own for way less.
I already tried and tested this face mask, and finally found the best possible recipe that really works!
LUSH Coalface
Ingredients: 4 activated charcoal capsules, 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda, and about 1 cup of coconut oil
1. Put your coconut oil in the bowl and mix in the activated charcoal. I recommend mixing half of the coconut oil first, and then putting the rest in later. After the charcoal, add in the baking soda. Now, go ahead and put in the rest of the coconut oil.
2. Mix it together until you get a consistency that you want, and apply it to your face. Leave it on for about 5 minutes or so, maybe 10 if you want.
3. Wash it off with a washcloth! This is important, because splashing water on your face actually makes your skin worse.
That's it for now, but I've decided that I'm going to help you guys out a little more, too.
If you have any product from LUSH that you want me to recreate for you, or make a recipe for (because they can be really expensive) then just tell me the name of the product and what it is. I'll be more than happy to do something for you!
As always, if you have any requests or need help, don't hesitate to message me or comment it!
