Lmao I'm on a roll with this book today...2 updates in one day????

So I got a request a couple weeks ago for a remedy to get rid of oily hair.  I've never struggled with oil in my skin/hair because I've always had really really dry skin and hair.  But my twin brother has super oily skin and hair ironically, so I was able to test this shit on him! yayyyy!

Let's first talk about why you have oily hair, first.  The pH balance in your hair and follicles is messed up, just like it is with really dry hair.  In order to get rid of the oiliness, you need to bring back your proper pH balance and your hair will stop being greasy.

I tried a bunch of things and I've listed all of them below:

Egg and Yogurt Mask

Ingredients:

1 egg

5 tablespoons of plain yogurt

Mix the eggs and yogurt and put it on your hair BEFORE you wash it.  Leave it on your hair for like 15/20 minutes and then wash it out like you normally would.  I asked my brother what this one did and he said that it got rid of the feeling of greasiness in his hair for the whole day.

I thought this one was gross, but hey, if it works, it works.  I would definitely recommend this mask!

Lemon Juice Remedy

Ingredients:

1 Lemon

1 cup water

Mix the water and the juice of the whole lemon in a glass.  Then, shampoo and rinse your hair as you normally would in the shower.  Pour the mixture onto your hair and then rinse it out of your hair.  Only do this once every week or two, because the lemon could dry out your hair too much if you use it every time you wash your hair.

Tea Remedy

Ingredients:

One cup of tea

Brew a cup of tea and let it cool to room temperature.  This one is done in the shower too, so wash and rinse your hair like you normally would.  Pour the tea onto your scalp and let it sit for 10ish minutes.  Then, rinse it with water and you're done.  Do this at least once a week and you'll see permanent results.

This one was by far the easiest diy I've done in this chapter, and my test monkey aka my brother said that it worked okay.  I could really see this working if you did it for a month or so, but I wanted to update this quickly so I only tested everything for 2 weeks.

That was it for right now!  Message me any requests, because I'll be able to see them faster.
