Eztli and I were on the phone for hours, we didn't even feel the time. We talked about everything and anything,
Lewis: when will I see you again?
Eztli: I don't know, you're in London or Monaco and well I stay here in Texas, and my job isn't very flexible.
Lewis: "Are you available this weekend even if it's just for two days?" I asked anxiously hoping I could gain her interest, I could fly her out pay for her hotel, anything to see her again.
Eztli: "What for?"
Lewis: "The Mexican GP will be this weekend, and I was wanted to know if you'd be interested in coming to see me?" It sounded so desperate yet I didn't care as long as I got to see her again
Eztli: Oh... I don't know if that's a good idea, I mean I have work the very next day, and it's very last minute
Lewis: I know but the flight won't be that long and I can have Matthew arrange everything that way you'll have plenty of sleep before Monday"
Eztli: listen I'd love to but we literally just met over the weekend and it seems rushed
Lewis: ... I understand
Eztli: yeah... I'm sorry
Lewis: It's okay" I said laughing awkwardly
Eztli: "Lewis its 11 p.m. my time wow we've been on the phone for almost 6 hours, I really have to let you go now or my sleep schedule will be off, goodnight Lewis, sorry again" she sounded rushed.
Lewis: yeah...goodnight
As I hung up the phone I felt slightly defeated, would she have gone if Marco asked... but maybe I could get him to convince her, act like I'm helping him get her, I can always swoop in the poor lad won't see it coming...
