A month had passed and the Las Vegas Grand Prix was coming up. The plan was to go public with Eztli, but unfortunately, she couldn't take the week off for work as her boss was in the middle of a big trial and she was stuck with all the paperwork for that week as the other clients cases had to be delayed for a two weeks.
On the facetime with Eztli & Matthew: it was 8 p.m and Eztli was the last one in the office on a Tuesday night
Matthew: so we have to figure out another day for you guys to make it public
Eztli: "mhmm", she said not even paying attention
Lewis: are you even listening Eztli??
Eztli: yes yes i am, i honestly need to go guys i'm almost done here at i need to go home to sleep, can we talk about this another day please?
Lewis: i suppose
Matthew: why don't you briefly stop by and visit her, snap a few pictures and then fly to Las Vegas?
Eztli perked up in her chair when she heard that.
Eztli: like to visit me?
Lewis: that sounds good to me, i could even meet your parents
Eztli: yeah true, i just need to tell them about you first
Lewis: they don't know? didn't you say they saw the pictures of us?
Eztli: i told them we just bumped into each other not that anything happened to us and they believed me
Lewis: oh, well you have to tell them soon because Matthew is booking my flight as we speak so i will be arriving tommorow afternoon and i'll just be staying for a few hours and leave the next day in the morning
Eztli: well i'm most likely going to be alone in the office the whole day so you can hang out in here with me
Lewis: sounds good to me, maybe i can help you
Matthew: lewis you also have some emails to look over so maybe you can catch up on your work too, anyways guys bye because its 2 a.m here in london and i am exhausted
They hung up the call. Eztli texted Lewis telling him to let her know when he arrives so she open the office for him.
Wednesday Morning -
Lewis had arrived at Eztli's job at 8 a.m and he brought her breakfast. When she opened the office she looked like a mess, a hot mess he tried to tell her.
Lewis: you look great babe
Eztli: shut up
Lewis: aren't those your pajamas?
Eztli: i'm the only one here and i had to come in at 6 a.m. so i didn't bother to change, plus literally everyone is gone for this trial and the other secretary is on maternity leave so that leaves me to keep everything up to date
Lewis: well i brought you coffee and donuts
Eztli: i honestly really opened the door for you just because i saw the donuts in your hand
Lewis: wow thanks for that
Eztli's POV
They spent the whole day catching up on work, Lewis on his emails and Eztli on hers. They went out for lunch at a nearby cafe and took pictures of each other and then went for a walk afterwards and took more pictures so Matthew could choose which to post on Lewis Instagram. Eztli posted a picture of Lewis's hand on her face, and one where they were kissing on her Instagram, but she had hers on private so only her followers could see it, Matthew had told her to keep it private for now.
Lewis: since I'm staying at a hotel nearby would you like to spend the night with me? Eztli: honestly yeah let me just check in with my parents
They swung by her house at 6 p.m and no one was home so they ate a light dinner there and set up the phone to take a picture of themselves to give Matthew more options. They took some in the elevator of the hotel too.
The next day Lewis left early in the morning. Around 2 p.m she received a notification, Lewis had tagged her in a post.
