River Pack ~ Chapter 8

Kyle's P.O.V

Oh my god! Why wouldn't he go to sleep! i rocked Jeremy in my arms whilst starring out the window to the woods. My boys hazel eyes were looking up at me just like his brilliant mothers did. i loved both my mate and my son so much i would do anything for them, including leave or die for them. Jeremy had my dirty blonde hair and smile, and Katy's eyes and face. He was the most handsome thing i'd seen, and he was our child. That made life worth living.

"Kyle?" Katy called from down stairs.

"Yes Kat?" I called back using her nickname.

"i have some news for you!" News? What kind of news?

"Be down in a minute!" I kissed Jeremy's forehead then layed him down asleep in his crib and walked out of his room and down stairs into the living room. "What's the news?"

"Your father says he has an unexpetced guest of his that would like to see you. Now. AT the pack house." She smiled.

"What about Jer?" i asked softly. Who was this unexpected guest of fathers?

"i'll look after him. Now go. You'll want to meet them." i'd want to see them? Must be important. "Go Kyle." She kissed my lips softly then began pushing me out of the door. i chuckled and ran towards the woods.

i arrived at the pack house after ten minutes and smelt all the same scents except one faint smell that seemed somehow familiar. i heard crying from the windows upstairs in Sammy and Jacob's room and chuckled. Atleast i wasn't the only one that had crying children to look after. i knocked on the door and Ashley answered.

"Hey Ash. What's going on? WHo's this guest?" i asked confused.

"Sorry Kyle." He grinned. "i cant say. Come on in." i walked in and that odd scent seemed stronger in here. i walked into the living room to see a laughing Ryan and a smiling father. Well. This was different.

"Hey bro. Hey dad."

"Hey Ky. Took your time. Our guest was getting tired." Ry laughed.

"Hush Ryan. You'll spoil the surprise." Father said rolling his eyes.

"Come on already. This person better be worth it. This has just gotten me so sonfused. What is it? A girl you want to set me up with?" i groaned sarcastically.

"You wish." A female voice snorted from behind me. i turned around to see a beautiful girl in black who had been marked already. Ashley was standing behind her with his hands on her hips and looked at me amused. "Hello again Kyle." She smirked.

"Dad? Who is this?" i asked confused. Everyone started laughing and the girl gasped at my reponse but ended up alughing anyway. "What?"

"i cant believe you don;t recognise me. My own brother." She tutted. i stared ar her then looked int her eyes and it all snapped together. Brother. Familiar scent. It was Tori!

"Tori?" I smiled. "Is that really you?"

"The one and only brother." She smirked. She ran over to me and i caught her in a huge hug laughing. Her scent flooded over me and i suddenly felt whole again. My baby sister was alive. She was with us again.

"i cant believe it. Your back. And mated with Ash. Why didn't you call me when she came?" I chuckled, squeezing her tighter and burrying my face in her hair.

"You were busy stupid." She said in a 'duh' tone. i rolled my eyes at her and just carried on hugging her. She hadn't changed much. God i had missed her.
