Happy Birthday

Tessa walks off stage after performing her new hit single as she gets ready to release her new album to the internet. She still battles with her feelings for Liam as every day she checks Twitter for updates on him. For three days she has seen nothing as she decides to question Milton on it.

"I saw me and Liam are battling for the top spot this week," says Tessa as Milton noticed.

"Yeah I haven't talked to him but I meant to call him and see how he is doing," says Milton as he received a copy of Liam's song he wrote. "I got to call our producers so go ahead to the limo without me," says Milton as he dials Liam's number.

"Hey kid," says Milton as Liam is glad to hear his voice.

"How have you been," asks Liam.

"Better than you that song was sad as shit but wonderful nonetheless. Congratulations on it, I think it's gonna be a hit. Do you plan on releasing it soon," asks Milton as he is wondering when the bombshell will hit.

"I got a concert in New York I'm going to play it first at but how's Tessa? You know it's her birthday today right," says Liam as Milton already knew.

"Yeah I took her out to breakfast this morning and all that," he says as he wonders when he is coming back near LA.

"So when is the next time you think you'll be around here," asks Milton as he looks at his calendar.

"Probably the Grammys I assume," says Liam as Milton sees Tessa coming to find him.

"Well we will have to catch up but let me get off here I have a ride to catch. I'm very proud of you too," says Milton as he hangs up.

"Sorry, producers love to talk," says Milton as he walks with Tessa to the limo.

In the limo, Milton discusses how she is doing since his departure. "How are you holding up since Liam left? I know it's not really a subject you like to touch on," he asks as Tessa tries to be honest.

"I'm doing ok, I wish he didn't leave because it does feel like we are missing a piece of our trio but maybe it was for the best," she says as she deep down wishes he never left LA.

"Yeah, I'm not gonna lie I miss the kid. I got you both as a package deal and it feels weird not having you both with me," says Milton as Tessa understands completely.

Milton and the limo drop her off at her house as flowers are showcased everywhere in the driveway. "That's some guy huh," says Milton as they drive off.

Tessa tries to find a note on the flowers as her love drives up. "Woah that's a lot of flowers," says Matthew as Tessa thought he sent them.

"Yeah Milton sent them this morning and I have no one to bring them in," she lies as Matthew points at himself to bring them in.

"I like Milton he is a very funny guy. He was telling me about his life in the 80s yesterday and I about died laughing," says Matthew as Tessa starts to think Liam might have sent them.

"He loves to talk that's for sure," she says as she looks around at the flowers.

"Well it's a good thing I forgot to get you flowers because Milton got enough to fill your entire house and that's saying something," jokes Matthew as Tessa looks for a note anywhere on them.

After getting them inside she can't stop wondering if it was Liam who got her the flowers. She finds the card with the business and their number as she thinks of something to say. "Hey I'm going to call and thank Milton for the flowers I'll be right back," she tells Matthew as she goes into her studio room and shuts the door.

She dials the number to the florist as it rings four times before someone finally picks up. "Hey this is Tessa Tate I received a bunch of flowers this morning and wanted to see a little package from you guys back to the sender," she says on the phone to the florist.

"I'm sorry Miss Tate but your order was to remain anonymous. We can't give you out the information if the sender," says the florist as Tessa gets clever.

"Oh no I don't need his information, Liam Atler already told me he sent them. I just wanted to see if you could send him a thank you package back," says Tessa who takes a wild guess it was actually Liam.

"Oh ok, well yeah we could send him one back. What were you thinking we have three options," says the florist as Tessa officially learns it was him.

"Umm let me go online and look and I'll call you right back," says Tessa as she hangs up the phone.

"So babe what should we do today to celebrate your big day," says Matthew as Tessa looks like she has seen a ghost. "You ok," he questions.

"Yeah, it's just I wish my parents could've been here today. I hate their flight got delayed until tomorrow night," says Tessa as she can't stop looking at all the flowers Liam sent her.

"Yeah I hate I have to leave tomorrow morning before they get here but don't worry I'll be here permanently before you know it," says Matthew.

"Why don't we just order takeout and watch movies tonight? It's something I haven't done in forever and I think I'll enjoy it," she says as Matthew is ok with that.

"Yeah, how about I cook your favorite dish instead of takeout? I'll go to the store and get some stuff for lobster ravioli," he says as Tessa likes that idea.

"Yeah that sounds great I'll ride with you," she says as she gathers her things as the flowers keep catching her eye.
