Liam writes at his desk as Milton walks in. "How's it going kiddo," he asks as Liam shows him a draft.

"Wow, this is actually really good lyrics, do you have a beat for it yet or instrumental ideas."

"Not yet I just started on that, I figured I'd crank out some new music while I'm here," says Liam as Milton decides to ask the obvious question.

"So why didn't you want to go home and see your family or your friends," asks Milton as Liam lays down his pen.

"I don't know it just doesn't feel like the right time to go home. I got so much going on and I need a new album out soon," says Liam as Milton doesn't want his career to get in the way of his old life.

"Your career is important but your family and friends are very important too. I just don't want to see you abandon them when you get a chance of free time. Honestly, I figured you would've gone with Tessa when she left," he says as Liam looks at him.

"Yeah I thought about it but it just didn't feel like the best time," he replies as Milton doesn't pester him about it anymore.

"You're not missing Latricia now that you're back are you," he questions him one last time.

"No definitely not," Liam laughs as Milton laughs.

Liam looks out the window at what a beautiful day it is. He gets up and gets dressed nicely as he decides to go enjoy a day in LA.

In North Carolina Tessa arrives to her friends and Matthew waiting for her at the terminal exit. She walks over as Matthew can hardly wait to get her back into his arms. "I missed you so so much," he says as he picks her up and hugs her.

"I missed you too handsome," she says as they share a long kiss.

"Welcome home superstar, where's our boy Liam," asks Ralph as Tessa breaks the bad news.

"He didn't want to come he is caught up in a new album and doesn't want it to be delayed. I tried my best to convince him to come but he wouldn't," she says as Ralph gets upset.

"Damn, we haven't seen the kid since he left and he doesn't even visit us the first chance he gets. I feel disrespected," jokes Ralph as Lauren gives Liam the benefit of the doubt.

"I'm sure he is busy, when he can he will come home," she says as Ralph guesses she is right.

"So how was the tour," asks Lauren.

"Fuck that how was Japan," asks Ralph who is a huge anime fan.

"It was all fun, we had a good time playing in some surreal settings. Japan was amazing I brought you back some Japanese candy. Liam picked them out I was told to deliver them," she says as she hands him the bag.

"Next time he can deliver them himself," jokes Ralph as he digs into the bag.

"I'm so glad to have you back it's been so hard not having you with me. I would say you don't know what it's been like but you've been away from me just as long," says Matthew as Tessa smiles.

"Yeah I've missed you so much too," she says as she tries not to think about what happened in the limo.

"Well, when we get back we have dinner with our parents. They are dying to see you then I figured we could go get some wine and enjoy a wine night on the beach," says Matthew as Tessa nods.

"Yeah that all sounds lovely," she replies as they hold hands walking to the car.

"Does she seem off," Ralph asks Lauren as they walk behind them.

"It's probably all the traveling plus she came back famous," Lauren points out as they all get into the car.

When they get home her parents are already waiting in the driveway for their superstar. Tessa gets out as her mom showers her with love. "I'm so happy to have my little celebrity home," says her mother as Tessa walks with them inside.
