Into The Spotlight

It was the morning after the night of their lives. Milton walks into the bedroom to discover what he already suspected. He finds Liam and Tessa naked in bed asleep as he knocks gently. Liam wakes up as he sees Milton smiling. He gently nudges Tessa as she sleeps on his chest. She wakes up and looks over as she sees Milton looking at her.

"Good morning Milton," she says as Milton raises his eyebrows.

"Good morning to the both of you. I heard through the grapevine you two might have had a wild night," he says as Liam sits up in the bed. Tessa sits up as she wraps her arms around him and kisses his shoulder.

Liam processing what Milton said is confused. "What do you mean heard through the grapevine," Liam asks as Tessa ends up wondering the same thing.

"Let's just see Twitter spotted a certain someone carrying Tessa into her home last night," says Milton as the two love birds look at each other.

"Oh shit," says Liam as he realizes someone has seen them. Milton walks out of the room as Tessa jumps up to put on clothes. Panicking she tries to act like maybe it didn't blow up Twitter.

"Maybe it didn't start a trend and only one person saw it," says Tessa as she throws on some leggings and a sports bra.

Liam throws on his pants from his tux as he walks out into the living room. "So how bad is it," Liam asks Milton who sees the hickies on his chest and neck.

"I wouldn't look out the front door window," suggests Milton as Liam goes to peek out the curtains.

"Oh fuck me," says Liam as he sees security blocking paparazzi from storming the house. Tessa comes out of the bedroom as she is tying up her hair.

"I need to call Matthew and explain the situation and our relationship before things get ugly," says Tessa as Liam stands against the door.

"Yeah umm I wouldn't talk to him at all," says Liam as Tessa looks confused.

"You know I have to end things with him right? I think after last night I'm pretty sure there is no going back," says Tessa as Liam points at the window.

Tessa walks up to the curtain and she takes a peek outside at the huge paparazzi gathering. "Oh fuck," she says in a panic as she runs to her phone.

"Yeah if you are worried about Matthew or anyone finding out, oh fuck is the correct response," says Milton as Liam takes a seat at the counter.

Tessa looks at her phone as it is plagued with notifications. Missed texts and calls from her parents, Lauren, Ralph, Matthew, and even Milton who tried to warn her about the photographer snapping them. She looks at Matthew's messages as they are all vulgar messages. She closes her eyes and falls back in the bed as she can't believe this is happening.

"Well how was it," asks Milton who is laughing.

"How was what," replies Liam who turns around.

"The long-awaited and overdue sex," jokes Milton as Liam shakes his head with a smile.

"It was great matter of fact it was so good it was consequential," jokes Liam as Milton can't stop laughing about the whole situation.

"Look every action has consequences, you two just maybe should've waited until after she talked to Matthew first," states Milton as Liam holds his arms up like what the fuck.

"Last couple days you've been saying now now now and how waiting makes everything worse," jokes Liam as he knows Milton is right.

"Well that's before I knew you two were going to turn the bedroom into a battleground," he says with a smile.
