Milton and Tessa hang out at her house as they all celebrate "Halo" being the most streamed song of all time since its release. Happy to have him back out of the hospital she hugs Milton as she doesn't know Liam write the song.

"Thank you for writing me such an amazing song guys," she says to Milton and the writing team as everyone begins to leave except her parents and Milton.

"Congratulations sweetheart I've never met someone more deserving," says her dad as she is happy to finally have her parents with her in LA.

"Your song is so beautiful and I'm glad they wrote it for you," says her mom as she thanks Milton.

"Anything for her," he says as he hates lying about who wrote the song.

In New York Liam makes another appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon again. "Welcome back," says Jimmy as Liam loves Jimmy.

"It's always good to be on your show Jimmy. This time I didn't get too turnt before I came on," jokes Liam as Jimmy didn't care.

"Hey we can play flip cup right now if we need to get a party going," jokes Jimmy as Liam laughs. "Alright, so I was told you got some big news today for us."

"Yeah I'm going to perform my new song tonight on your show," says Liam as the crowd cheers.

"What's the song about," asks Jimmy as Liam decides to be as truthful as he can.

"It's about what I've been dealing with for a while. I've been going through a lot of feelings and emotions recently. Had some unfortunate situations happen that I would take back in a heartbeat. The song just summarizes how I feel and everything of that matter," says Liam as Jimmy wants to ask the big question.

"Does this have to do with a certain blonde singer that rhymes with Nessa Late," jokes Jimmy as the crowd leans in for the answer.

"Only my fans will know," says Liam as the crowd oooo's.

Tessa's dad turns on the tv as the show is on air. Milton looks over as he sees Liam on TV. Tessa watches as her dad looks at her. "I can't turn the channel," he says as Tessa says it's fine.

"Well Liam I say let's jump right into it," says Jimmy Fallon.

"Yeah sure let's do it," says Liam as he jumps up to go over to the mic. He grabs his guitar as he sits down on a stool.

"Performing his new song Here Without You about the love of his life Nessa Late, Liam Atler," jokes Jimmy as Liam smiles while he shakes his head.

Milton looks over at Tessa as she sits down on the couch. He had no idea he was performing the song tonight. He takes a seat beside Tessa as he has heard the song and knows how great and meaningful it is to Liam.

Tessa tears up as the lyrics hit her hard. Milton puts his arm around her as he comforts her. Her parents look over as they see the tears run down her face.

She begins to sob as Milton sheds a tear himself watching Liam perform the song. Her mom looks across the coffee table at her dad who looks back.

Liam finishes playing as the crowd gives him a standing ovation. Liam fights back his emotions as he knows everything is on the table now. Jimmy Fallon just looks at him as no one in the room expected such a deep and meaningful song.

"Wow what a song," says Jimmy as Liam takes a seat back on the couch.

"Yeah that one's a tough one," says Liam as he takes a sip of water.

"Man I don't even know where to start after that," says Jimmy as Liam nods.

"Well I'm sure we can check Twitter I'm sure they are blowing it up to pieces," jokes Liam as they laugh.

Tessa wipes her tears as her parents give her some much-needed advice. "I don't think your heart is with Matthew," says her mom as she holds her hand.

Tessa looks at her as she tries to keep herself together. "Yeah I think everyone here especially me and your mother can see that clearly," says her dad as Milton nods.

"My heart is in two places but I don't know where it belongs," says Tessa as Milton gives her some good advice.

"You have two weeks until the Grammy's and he will be here for that. I think you should take the time to think about what you really want and then choose. Don't worry about Liam's feelings or Matthew's feelings. The only feelings you need to worry about are yours. When you decide where your heart belongs you go see if you can make it whole with whichever choice you make," he says as Tessa struggles.

"I'm sorry I put you through this," she says as Milton doesn't care about that.

"It's fine music is one thing but I'm here for you for more than just music and so are your parents," he says as Tessa gets herself together.
