As soon as Signy caught sight of the fire, she and Pietro got dressed and the speedy boy picked her up, running them both out into the living area. They caught the last moments of Vision phasing through the wall while Wanda hovered by the window facing the fire. She turned towards them as Signy asked, "Do we know what's wrong?"
"Vis is checking it out," Wanda reported.
While Pietro moved forward to hug his sister, mind lingering on the relief that his people were safe, both women sensed something behind them. Signy quickly summoned a bit of water from the air, sharpening it to a point at Clint's neck beside a knife floating in a cloud of Wanda's red smoke.
He brushed them both away with a pointer finger, saying, "Guess I should've knocked."
The three young adults strode forward as Wanda said, "Oh, my God. What are you doing here?"
Clint shot an arrow at two points on either side of the living space while he replied, "Disappointing my kids. I'm supposed to go water skiing." The corner's of Signy's mouth turned upwards at the image of Lila and Cooper's tiny bodies water skiing. "Cap needs our help. Come on."
At that, they were prepared to flee when Vision flew back through the wall. "Clint! You should not be here."
"Really? I retire for, what, like five minutes and it all goes to shit."
"Please consider the consequences of your actions."
Clint looked between the two arrows, waiting for them to engage. "Okay, they're considered." An electric current shot between them, making Vision hunch over in the middle of the room. Clint grabbed Signy's hand who subsequently grabbed Pietro's as they started moving. "Okay, we gotta go."
Pietro halted them, however, when he realized his sister was no longer following in their footsteps. "It's this way," he joked, hoping to lift Wanda's frown.
Instead, she anxiously pulled on the sleeves of her hoodie. "I've caused enough problems."
"Wanda, you are no more dangerous than any of us. Power must be met with control, but fear of power only breeds rash decisions," Signy said. "Fear is what got you to where you are today, not your own dangerousness."
Clint was always blunt with the Maximoff twins, even after they became close post-Ultron. "You gotta help us here, Wanda. You wanna mope, you can go to high school. You wanna make amends, you get off your ass." His attention was drawn away when he saw Vision had slowly turned his head enough to break the current with a shot of energy from the Mind Stone. "Shit."
Clint attempted to shoot an arrow at Vision only for it to fly right through him. Vis grabbed his bow and threw Clint backward in one motion. "I knew I should have stretched," Clint groaned, returning with a baton from his back pocket.
Beside him, Signy summoned water from the air around them, attempting to shove a knife of ice through Vision, but finding the same difficulties as Clint as the android manipulated his density to avoid their hits. Pietro joined in, but both he and Signy were quickly thrown to the side.
