Our fate (SUNWON)

Chapter 7

Jungwon threw his bag on the bed and sat down in anger. He was thinking about what kind of shit is Sunoo trying to pull off? First, giving him drinks and notes secretly, and now marriage?

But, whatever he is planning, Jungwon will never let it succeed. 'That's it!', he thought, and took out Sunoo's notebook and the sticky notes from his bag. After that he headed towards Sunoo's house to confront him about all this.

His grandmother, who was pacing back and forth in the living room worrying about what's happening between the father and son duo, saw Jungwon coming down the stairs, looking still angry.

She saw him heading outside so she asked, 'Jungwon-ah, where are you going at this hour? Dinner is almost ready.'

But Jungwon didn't looked back at her and replied, 'I will be back after sometime, you don't have to worry.' With that he stormed towards Kims' residence.

Even though he promised himself that he will never even put a foot inside this house, but here he is, infront of Sunoo's house. He rang the bell and waited for someone to open the door for him. Mrs. Im opened the door and was shocked to see an unexpected guest.

'Jungwon-ah? What brings you here at this time?' Mrs. Im asked.

Jungwon bowed at her and asked, 'Is Sunoo home?'

Meanwhile ~

'What are you thinking of doing next Sunoo-ya? Or are you just planning on keep giving him drinks and notes only?' Jake asked over the call.

'I don't know hyung, I am too afraid to approach him directly.' Sunoo replied, swaying his legs while lying on his stomach on the bed.

'Then say bye-bye to your crush. Look Sunoo, if you don't take risk right now, then you will never know about the possibilities. Like, what if he stops hating you and you can be friends like before? Or you can also become more than that. But all this, you will never know if you don't make a move hon!' Jake said.

'I know, but how do I approach him? Give me some ideas dude, I -'

Sunoo couldn't finish his sentence as someone opened the door of his room. He looked back to see who it was, as nobody enters his room without knocking, not even his dad. He was shocked when he saw who it was. He thought that he was hallucinating or something because how come he is here?

'Yang Jungwon?' Sunoo murmured to himself, still refusing to believe that it was real.

But his doubts vanished when he heard him say, 'We need to talk Kim Sunoo.'

Kim Sunoo froze there in fear as he don't know what Jungwon wants to talk about. Did he find out? Is he here to shout at him? Lots of questions were going through his mind that he didn't even heard his best friend calling his name over the phone.

'Sunoo? Hello? Are you there? Helloo... ' Jake said, trying to check if Sunoo was still there on the phone or not.

But Sunoo really couldn't hear him as he saw Jungwon approaching near him. He was sweating buckets now in fear and Jungwon could see it.

'I said we need to talk, so why are you still on your phone?' Jungwon asked, standing in front of him now.

Jake, who was listening to all this through the phone was about to say something, but Sunoo cut the call.

After cutting the call he was now looking down at the floor as he was too afraid to make eye contact with Jungwon. But he can feel the stare from Jungwon.

'What are you planning to do Kim Sunoo? What is your motive? Tell me.' Jungwon asked.

Sunoo's heartbeat stopped for a second, did Jungwon really find out? But how? He made sure to be very careful to not get caught. So how?

Getting no answers from Sunoo, Jungwon got more pissed and shouted at him, 'Why are you so silent? I asked you SOMETHING!'

Sunoo flinched when Jungwon shouted at him, he felt like crying. He really didn't know what Jungwon is talking about so he said, 'Wha..t..tt are you tt..t..alking about? I.. I really don't get it.'

His answer made Jungwon more angry, so angry that he grabbed Sunoo by the arms and forced him to look at him.

'Oh yeah? If you really don't get it then why are you avoiding my eyes and stuttering when answering?' Jungwon said in a harsh tone and pushed Sunoo, causing him to back away.

'This..' Jungwon took out the notes from his pocket and showed it to Sunoo, 'tell me that these notes are not from you, because the handwriting on these notes matches very well with yours so don't you dare lie to me.' Jungwon said and shoved the notes and the note book to Sunoo.

Sunoo caught the notebook, he still couldn't look at Jungwon because he was feeling ashamed after being caught.

Jungwon scoffed, 'Since you are still not saying anything it means it's true, isn't it?' Jungwon said and grabbed Sunoo by his collar. 'Listen here, I don't know why you are doing all this but, let me tell you one thing that I will never like you. Get that inside your head. And wasn't all this enough? That now you even made my father fix my marriage with YOU!' Jungwon yelled.

Sunoo was shocked after hearing what Jungwon said. Marriage? What marriage is he talking about? He has no idea.

He finally looked at Jungwon and asked, 'Marriage? What marriage are you talking about? I.. I don't get it.'

Jungwon laughed at him in disbelief. He let go of his collar and was laughing like a maniac, Sunoo was very confused by his reaction. Jungwon then stopped laughing and changed his expression to his usual cold one.

'Wow Kim Sunoo, wow! First you be doing those sneaky things behind my back and now you're acting like you don't know anything about the marriage? I never knew you're such a great actor.' Jungwon said in a sarcastic tone.

Sunoo got hurt by Jungwon's words and tears started to fall down from his eyes. It's true that he secretly sent all those notes and drinks to Jungwon but, he didn't meant any harm, and he still can't understand what marriage Jungwon is talking about.

'Great! Now that you got caught, you will cry right? But your fake tears can't affect me because I will never fall for your sly acts. Well, whatever you are planning inside your head, I will never let that be successful. You hear me? Just fucking stay away from me! I am warning you.' Jungwon said and went out of the room.

Sunoo just stood there and watch him leave. With tears rolling down from his eyes, blurred the image. He still don't know why Jungwon hates him so much, he just wanted them to be friends like before. But, it seems like it's impossible now, Jungwon loathes him, they can never be friends again.
