Our fate (SUNWON)

Chapter 5

The days went by, and Sunoo was successfully delivering drinks and encouraging messages to Jungwon everyday, without being caught.

But to his luck, his unusual behaviour didn't go unnoticed by someone who got curious about why his best friend always go to the canteen early, without even waiting for him.

Jake find it suspicious, so today he decided to wait for his best friend outside his classroom and catch him red handed. For that, he even made an excuse from his class before the break, thanks to his boyfriend for covering up for him though. Having a school vice president as your boyfriend has it's own benefits you see, and Jake is definitely using that.

The bell rang and as Jake expected Sunoo was the first one to come out from the class, but before he could make a run for the canteen Jake grabbed his arm from behind to stop him.

Sunoo looked back to see who has the nerve to stop him, but when he saw that it was Jake he got nervous and quickly hid the bottle drink and note for Jungwon.

Jake noticed that and dragged Sunoo near a corner where there aren't many people around. Sunoo knew that he was doomed today, Jake will not leave him alone until he says the truth.

'Now Kim Sunoo, I have been noticing that you're behaving very oddly these days and that's why I am here to catch you red handed today. So tell me why you are always going to the canteen earlier than us these days, not even waiting for us? And what are you hiding behind your back? Tell me the truth.' Jake said.

Sunoo gulped in nervousness and was avoiding Jake's eyes. Jake noticed that and said, 'Look at me Kim Sunoo, you can't escape today without telling me the truth.'

'Can I lie?' Sunoo asked.

Jake scoffed in disbelief and replied, 'Oh, I dare you.'

Sunoo sighed in defeat, he knows that there's no way out now because Jake is very stubborn and won't let him go without knowing the truth. So, he finally decided to tell him the truth.

'Okay, okay, I will tell you the truth. The thing is that I just wanted to cheer Jungwon up for his upcoming football match by giving him his favourite drink and encouraging notes, and you know very well that I can't do that directly so, that's the truth.' Sunoo finally replied.

'Okayyy, but I want you to tell me the full truth Sunoo. I know that there's more to the truth.' Jake demanded.

Sunoo straighten up his back and took a long breath as if he was getting ready for a war.

'Well don't tell this to anyone but, I am doing all this because I want to be friends with Jungwon again and.. and I.. I might also have a little bit crush on him.' Sunoo finally confessed.

Jake let out a loud gasp and shouted, 'WhaaaaT??? You have a crush on whom?'

Thanks to Jake's loud ass now everyone who were passing by, looked at their direction. Sunoo prayed to God to give him some patience to not to kill his loud and dramatic best friend.

'Will you stop being dramatic and loud? People can here you Jake, Jeez. I knew you will react like this and that's why I wasn't planning to tell you all this yet.' Sunoo said in a whispering tone.

'I am sorry.' Jake apologized, 'But seriously out of everyone you got a crush on Jungwon? Since when do you have a crush on him?' Jake asked in a low tone.

'It wasn't that long that I realised myself okay? I also never thought that I would have a crush on someone who hates me to death for whatever reason he never told me. But I still want to try my luck, even if not as a lover, I still want him as a friend again in my life.' Sunoo said with a sad smile.
