Family? (Stray Kids OT8 x Reader)

Hyunjin ran up to Felix, holding his hands. "Felix, what happened to you?" Hyunjin worriedly asked him. Felix was crying, still not believing that after all this time Hyunjin had still remembered him. Felix winced at the pain all over his body, causing Hyunjin to gasp.

"I...they came to me. These men, scientists I think. They took me and tested on me. I somehow escaped with two others, but the rest weren't so lucky..." Felix whispered, his voice trailing off. Just then Felix collapsed into Hyunjin's arms.

Chan, Minho, Jeongin and Changbin rushed over to help Felix. "What the hell, who is this?" Changbin asked, not understanding anything that was happening. "There's no time to answer that, he's obviously hurt, bring him to the hospital," Chan spoke, gently taking Felix out of Hyunjin's arms and placing Felix's arm on his and Minho's shoulders. Jeongin placed his arms around Hyunjin's shoulders, trying to comfort the wailing boy.

"Wait, do you really think it is a good idea to bring a hybrid into the human hospital?" Changbin asked, causing the rest to look at him in realisation. "Right. Let's take him to Yeonjun. I'm sure he hasn't left yet," Chan replied, walking over to the veterinary hospital.

The receptionist looked at the 5 holding the injured man and gasped. "Sir, I'm sorry, but this is the vet, not the hospital. Hospital's that way," the receptionist pointed out. "No, we're here for Dr. Choi," Chan spoke. "Oh, uh, he's up in room 413," the receptionist said.

The hybrids ran up to room 413, and pushed open the doors. "Yeonjun, we need your help!" Minho yelled, causing Yeonjun to look at them in shock. "Guys, you got the wrong hospital-" Yeonjun said, but he was interrupted by Jeongin. "No, he's a hybrid, help him!"

Yeonjun gasped, making his way towards the unconscious boy. He carefully took him out of Chan and Minho's arms and placed him onto the table. "Alright, so any idea what happened to him?" Yeonjun asked.

"He was bleeding and then he fainted. Is he alright?" Hyunjin hastily answered, his breathing getting out of control. "The bleeding's minor so he probably fainted due to malnourishment. He'll be fine," Yeonjun replied, causing Hyunjin to sigh in relief. Yeonjun took Felix to the other room and closed the door.

"You sure you don't need to be looked at?" Chan asked Hyunjin, soothingly rubbing his shoulders to calm him down. "N-no," Hyunjin said, his breathing still unsteady. "Hyunjin he'll be fine, it's alright," Minho said, comforting Hyunjin. "But, he's like this because of me!" Hyunjin yelled, tears spilling out of his eyes.

"No, he isn't! How could you have known that this would happen?" Jeongin retored, cupping Hyunjin's face. "He's right, this isn't your fault," Changbin whispered, causing Minho to look at him. 

Just then, Beomgyu, Soobin, Huening Kai and Taehyun walked in. "What happened to you guys?" Beomgyu asked, rolling his eyes. "Beomgyu, can't you see that they're all distressed?" Huening Kai spoke, causing Beomgyu to mumble a sorry.

"What happened?" Soobin asked. "Hyunjin's friend. He's hurt," Jeongin replied. 

"Oh, is it that bad?" Taehyun asked. "He'll be fine," Minho said, patting Hyunjin on the back. 

"Do you guys need anything?" Beomgyu asked, causing Chan to nod. "Some water would be nice. Thanks," Chan said.

Yeonjun walked in, removing his gloves and throwing them into the bin. "He's stable now. He'll be awake in 2 days. Does Y/N know about this?" Yeonjun asked them. They all sighed in relief and shook their heads. "Not yet, but I'm sure she'll be alright with letting his stay with us," Jeongin said, causing Changbin and Minho to look at him. 

"He's staying with us?" Minho mouthed to Jeongin, causing him to nod. Minho nodded his head, understanding that he would need a place to stay. "Hyunjin, how exactly do you know him?" Chan gently asked Hyunjin, grabbing the plastic water bottle from Beomgyu.

"He was in my old pack. They really weren't the best, but without them I wouldn't have survived. Felix was my only friend and he comforted me when I needed him. One day, I woke up and he wasn't there. He had gone missing..." Hyunjin sniffled.

"He'd mentioned being taken by some scientists," Changbin said. Chan looked at Changbin and gasped, "I just had an epiphany. Those scientists he talked about. They were probably the ones that tested on me."  

"What the actual fuck is happening right now," Minho asked, confused, "how is it that we all are somehow reunited and connected?" Jeongin shook his head, "I don't know..."

2 days later, Y/N was discharged and was met with nervouse hybrids. "You guys okay? You look like you just did something really bad," she chuckled. She noticed Jeongin gulping, and her mood changed. "I was just joking, did you guys really do something bad?" she asked, fear in her eyes.

"No, we didn't. We just sort of found another hybrid and invited him to stay with us," Chan replied, causing Y/N to squint her eyes and tilt her head in confusion. "What do you mean..." she asked, voice trailing off when she noticed a random, but attractive, blonde haired man standing behind Hyunjin. His hair was long and was slightly blonder than Minho's hair and his face was covered with small freckles, making his already attractive face even more attractive.

"Hi. I'm Felix," the man said, sticking his hand out for her to shake, his face having a comforting smile. Y/N shook his hand slowly, maintaining eye contact with him. "Y/N..." she said, still stunned about what was happening. "Uh, what exactly happened while I was gone?" Y/N asked.

Minho and Chan explained everything, with Jeongin, Hyunjin and Changbin getting some words in every few seconds. "Wow..." was all Y/N could say, still confused about the situation. "So he's staying with us?" Y/N asked, earning a nod from everyone. 

"Well welcome to the family!" Y/N said, bringing Felix in for a hug. Felix stood there shocked, but then hugged Y/N back. Y/N's scent was so alluring to Felix. He was confused as to why he had already taken a liking towards this girl. For some reason, her hug comforted him and took all his pain away. He didn't want to leave her.

"Oh, can the other two also stay with us?" Felix said, smiling, reluctantly pulling away from the hug. "Other two?" Hyunjin said, "oh, you did say you escaped with other two people." Felix nodded, pointing at an abandoned shack just outside the hospital.

"They're in there," Felix said, holding Hyunjin's hand and leading the way to the shack. Y/N, Chan, Minho, Jeongin and Changbin followed closely behind. 

Felix opened the door and whispered, "Jisung, Seungmin, I'm here."

A small Golden Retriever timidly walked in, holding a small orange rabbit in its mouth. Y/N's mouth dropped. 

"Seungmin? Is that you?"
