Beomgyu grinned widely as he ran up to the caged door, the rest of the three following closely behind. Beomgyu held the bars as he smiled widely at her, "You're here!"

"Of course, I'm here," she smiled, opening the door of the cage, "I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you guys died just cause I didn't want to pay some money."

The four hybrids ran out of the enclosure, instantly wrapping their arms around the girl. Soobin and Beomgyu sniffled lightly, while Kai and Taehyun chuckled in relief, patting the other two's backs. "Thank you," Kai mumbled, smiling at her as he tightened his hold on her. "There's no need to thank me," she grinned in response, hugging him back.

"Did you come here by yourself? You probably shouldn't have-" Soobin mumbled, sniffling into her shoulder as she tried to comfort him.

"No, I'm here with Chan and Jeongin. They're just finishing the payments off at the reception," she smiled softly, pulling away from the hug.

"Why am I excited to see them?" Beomgyu whispered, furrowing his brows.

"Maybe cause you almost died and you're thankful to them?" Taehyun shrugged, "but then again, what would I know?"

Beomgyu snickered, punching his shoulder, "Shut up smartass."

"Well looks like you guys are still alive and kicking," Chan smirked as he walked in with Jeongin who was holding a bunch of papers.

"Thanks to you guys," Soobin smiled, nodding slightly at Chan.

"Here," Jeongin smiled, handing a few papers to each of the four hybrids, "you guys just gotta sign these consent forms and then we all can leave."

"I hope you didn't have to pay that much," Kai spoke, looking through the papers.

"Oh, we only had to pay like $4000 for all of you. It certainly is cheaper than what I had to pay to get these two," Y/N grinned, looking back at Chan and Jeongin.

Beomgyu gasped at her statement, "$4000? Holy shit, that's so damn much."

"Wait, wait... you had to pay more than $4000 for these two combined?" Taehyun remarked, his eyes widening.

"I'd do anything for them," she grinned, "and besides I can just work more hours to get the money back."

"You're a great person, you know that right?" Beomgyu smiled, placing a hand on her shoulder.

Jeongin cleared his throat, motioning to the papers, "The papers aren't going to sign themselves," he chuckled, standing next to Y/N.

"Oh yeah," Soobin spoke, reading through his paper, the other three doing the same. After a few minutes of flipping pages and signing some agreements, the four finally handed the completed consent forms to the reception with small smiles.

"Ready to go?" Y/N asked, raising a brow as she handed Jeongin the car keys.

"Mhm," the four hybrids nodded, following Y/N, Chan and Jeongin to the car.

"Oh," Taehyun huffed, "we have to turn?"

"Just two of you," Chan said, eyeing Taehyun and Soobin.

"Uh... yeah, I guess we can turn," Soobin mumbled, dragging Taehyun behind the car.

A few moments later, two distinct cats emerge from behind the car. The first to walk out was a British Shorthair, its dense fur a striking blue-grey. Following closely behind was a Siamese cat, its short coat a creamy white adorned with contrasting dark seal points on its ears, face, paws, and tail.

Beomgyu ran towards the Siamese, picking it up. "Well hello there Taehyun," he grinned, causing the cat to meow in annoyance as it dug its claws into Beomgyu's clothes, holding onto him tightly.

"Soobin!" Kai chuckled, crouching down to the British Shorthair's level. The cat sprinted towards him and jumped into his arms, burying his head into his chest.

"Well aren't you two cute?" Y/N smiled, petting the two cats in Beomgyu and Kai's hands. The cats purred in response, the Siamese pawing at her hand while the British Shorthair leaned into her touch.

"We should get going," Jeongin mumbled, getting into the car. Chan nodded in response and got into the car, with the rest following close behind.

An hour later, the group finally reach the house and get out of the car. Chan furrowed his brows as he got out of the car, still holding onto its frame while looking at the front door of the house. "Did we leave the door open?" Chan mumbled, turning to look at Y/N and Jeongin who shook their head in confusion.

"I swore I locked the door," Jeongin mumbled, rushing into the house.

"Jeongin wait-" Chan yelled, running after him into the house.

"Don't just run into the house-" Y/N said, her voice laced with concern as she also followed after the two.

Beomgyu and Kai looked at each other, their gazes slightly concerned as they held onto the cats protectively. "Something's happened," Kai mumbled, causing Beomgyu to nod in response while the cats meowed, jumping out of their hands, running inside the house. Beomgyu sighed, rushing after the cats with Kai following closely behind.

The group stopped at the entrance, looking around them. The house was completely totalled and the air carried an unsettling hint of iron. The windows were shattered, shards of glass scattered across the floor like fragments of a nightmare. The furniture now laid overturned and broken, its surfaces now marred with splinters and scratches. Amongst this scene of destruction, splashes of dark crimson paint the walls and floor.

"What the fuck happened here?" Beomgyu mumbled, looking around in horror.

"The others..." Y/N mumbled, her chest heaving up and down with worry as she looked around, "where are you guys?!"

"Minho? Changbin?" Chan yelled, running into rooms while Jeongin grabbed his phone, dialling their numbers.

Ring, ring. The group turned to look at the broken phone on the ground. "It's Minho's..." Jeongin mumbled, picking it up.

The group stayed in silence, trying to think about what possibly could have happened in the house. The silence was broken as a grunt was heard from the room, causing everyone to look at the source of the sound.

Leaning against the doorframe was a panting Minho, holding his bloodied arm while his messy hair stuck to the sweat on his face, "We're in here..."
