Imagine (22) Cold boyfie ♡

       It was freezing outside, and you and your boyfriend were out for dinner at a nearby restaurant with a bunch of classmate. You had forgotten to bring your jacket, but thought that it would not reach anywhere colder than 20 (degrees). Plus, you had your perpetually warm boyfriend to always warm you up. Perks.
      Your friends had decided on some sushi restaurant where you normally went, so it was simple to pick what you wanted to eat, and the warmest spot in the place. Everyone had brought jackets, and even though they had asked you if you were cold, you shrugged them off and told them that you could manage.
 
         After dinner, your friends decided to shop at a random outlet for new stationery, but since you had already gotten some and was not interested, you waited outside with your boyfriend. Sitting side by side on a bench, you watch the night descend and was awed by how pretty the stars looked. With night came colder temperatures. By the time you noticed the temperature drop, you were freezing. Cold air blew relentlessly at the both of you, and the shop was no warmer since the door was perpetually open. The layers you wore were not enough, and you could feel the cold air seep through your clothes and sent shivers up your spine. Pretending that you weren't cold, you sat back into the bench to scroll through your phone.
       After awhile, however, the cold became unbearable and you were shivering all over. Your friends were still in the shop; the queue was very long, and all you wanted to do was to jump into your bed to warm up. You curled your arms around yourself as another gust of cold air blew at your face. Your boyfriend, being the observant person he was, noticed and asked worriedly, "Are you cold?" you nodded and he shrugged off his jacket to hand it to you. You tried to protest, but he practically forced it in you. The moment it was on, you never wanted to take it off. It was all warm from his body heat, and you sighed as you started warming up. "Better?" he asked while placing a kiss in your forehead. Nodding, you smiled at him and continued scrolling through your phone.
      5 minutes later, your friends were still queueingand you had to wait even longer, but you had no protests since you were all warm and wrapped up in his jacket. But, you felt a shiver from him and he sneezed like on cue. You look over at him only to see him shivering like mad, and his lips were pale, a stark difference from his normally reddish lips. He was constantly trying to create friction between his palms, to no avail. You handed him the jacket without hesitation. To sacrifice someone's well-being just for your comfort was not something you liked to do. He shook his head and insisted he was fine, but his teeth were chattering and it was hard to miss." take it, " you urge, but he denies your offer.
        A plan struck you, and you handed him the jacket. "Wear it," you commanded. He slowly obliged and shrugged it on, knowing that you had a plan in store. You climbed into his lap, while he instinctively wrapped his arms around you. "Now we can both be warm!" you exclaimed cutely as he laughed. "It works," he said and pressed a kiss onto the top on your head. You sunk into the warm body of your boyfriend and sigh, as both of you were warm and comfortable. "I love you," he whispered as you blushed.
       "I love you too," you said back.
