Gionna and Y/N were in a locker room. It was the early afternoon and Wrestlemania was several hours from starting. Both were in workout clothes as they returned from some in ring work Gionna wanted to get in before the show.
Gionna had all her gear set out but was going to take a quick shower and get her makeup done before she put it on. Throughout the day she had felt all kinds of emotions, even crying a few times already. She sipped on a cup of coffee when her phone rang.
"Hey mama." Gionna greeted.
Y/N was on his own phone as she talked to her mother. Eventually he heard his girlfriend sniffle as she began to cry again. He knew it was a result of a mother showing love and support to her daughter. Gionna's emotions got the best of her and she set her phone on her lap.
Y/N moved next to Gionna and hugged her, picking up her phone. "Hey Mama G."
"Oh, hello Y/N. Where's GiGi?"
"She's here. She's good."
"Okay Y/N, thank you for being there for her."
"Always."
Gionna smiled as she wiped her eyes and took her phone back from him. She continued to talk to her mother for a few more moments before their call ended.
"I love you too mama. Bye."
As soon as she hung up, Gionna wrapped her boyfriend in a tight hug. He was there with support throughout the entire morning.
"Thank you so much hon." Gionna smiled at him.

"Of course Gi. I know it's a huge day for you." He returned the grin.
"It is, so I'm gonna go shower." Gionna quickly pecked his cheek and got up. She gathered clothes to change into after and walked into the bathroom.
Y/N smiled as he heard the shower's water turn on. His match was yesterday so today he had the role of supportive boyfriend.
