After the Royal Rumble...

Y/N is now back at the hotel he's staying at. After his exchange with Triple H, Y/N went back to the locker room to get out of his gear.

Here he shared more conversation with other superstars. Most were impressed with Y/N's performance in the rumble. He received praise from him peers and shared with them that he was sticking around on RAW.

Back to Y/N, he has just walked into his room. He sets his suitcase against the wall and falls backwards on the bed. "What a day." Y/N says out loud staring at the ceiling and thinking about his debut. Along with his upcoming first night on RAW.

He's snapped out of his thoughts when his phone starts ringing. He reaches into his pocket and pulls it out. He looks at the contact and sees that his mother is calling him. He sits up from the bed and answers the call.

"Hey ma." Y/N greets. "Y/N! How long were you going to wait to call me?" His mother lightly scolds him. "Sorry ma. I just got back to my room a few minutes ago." Y/N says back.

"Ok fine. So how did it go?" His mother asks him. "What? You didn't watch?" He asks surprised. "Of course I did! I even got your sister to watch it." His mother, Teresa, responds with a chuckle. (Author's note: I just chose a random name for Y/N's mom and sister.)

"We wouldn't have missed such an important moment for you." She adds. "Well I don't think it could've gone any better. Actually winning the match could've been better. That would've been great. But that's besides the point." Y/N answers his mother's previous question. Causing his mom to laugh at his rambling.

"But for my first match on the main roster, it was perfect." Y/N ends his thoughts on his debut. "That's great to hear sweetheart! You were amazing out there! But tell that Brock Lesnar guy to take it easy next time. He was throwing you around like a toy." Teresa says as her motherly instincts kick in.

Y/N laughs at his mother's worry. "Mom it's fine. I'm okay and he's supposed to be throwing people around. That's his thing." His mother relents her worry and asks Y/N if he wants to speak to his sister. He agrees and his mom calls his sister to get the phone.

Y/N hears shuffling from the phone and is then greeted by his sister's voice. "Hey bro what's up?" his sister, Paola, asks him. Paola is Y/N's younger sister at 20 years old. "Oh nothing just wondering how you thought about your brother being in the WWE?" Y/N says to his sister.

"It was cool and all but would've been better if you actually dropped that guy with the ponytail." Paola says referencing Brock. "Aw come on. It was my first match I can't just drop Brock Lesnar like he's a nobody." Y/N defends himself.

"Yea I guess. Maybe another time. Anyways super happy for you Y/N!" Paola says. "Thanks sis. I'll try not to let you down anymore." Y/N responds with a laugh. They say goodbye and Paola gives the phone back to their mom.

"Alright it's getting late so I'm gonna get ready for bed mijo. And if I haven't said it enough I am so proud of you Y/N." Teresa says to her son. "Thanks ma. I couldn't have done it without you." Y/N replies back.

The two share goodnights and Y/N hangs up the phone. He gets up and changes into comfortable clothes for bed. He gets in bed and opens his phone to Twitter wanting to scroll for a bit before sleeping.

He comes across a lot of positive reaction to his debut and performance in the rumble match. Y/N smiles to himself at all the support his is already getting. He even comes across Triple H's post with the picture they took together.

He eventually decides to send out a tweet himself.

'Just getting started'

A simple yet effective message.
