Jennifer's POV:
it must have been 3 in the afternoon, and Tom and i finally decided to get out of bed and check on the others.
when we got downstairs, Bill rushed towards us, looking strangely happy and excited. Georg and Gustav were playing the console, so they didn't pay us too much attention.
"Tom we've got a race tonight both of us!" he said while jumping up and down and clapping his hands together.
i laughed at how excited Bill was, but Tom looked a little wary. he put his arms around me from behind, "with whom and when?" he asked nonchalantly.
"with a certain Murray and tonight" he said, which lit up my face directly.
if he was talking about the same Murray i was thinking it would just be so freaking funny.
"wait, what's his full name?" i asked, breaking away from Tom's embrace and moving towards Bill.
Tom looked confused but said nothing as he waited for Bill's answer. "Murray Carter, i think," he replied, still smiling.
i smiled. Murray Carter was also one of my old friends from the racing cars shit and he was fucking good at it. he had to leave town for awhile to travel i think? i was just glad he was back home.

"no way this motherfucker's back in town and didn't tell me." i said with a big smile on my face making both twins look at me strangely.
i just knew Tom wouldn't let that one slide.
"who is he and why the fuck would he tell you he's back in town?" asked Tom looking pretty pissed off.
i rolled my eyes at the jealousy in Tom's voice.
"cool down Zorro, Murray's an old friend," i replied simply.
"friend?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
i crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow as well. "friend." i replied very seriously.
what was he actually trying to say? that all my guy friends wanted me? i know this part of Tom would piss me off soon or later.
