"THAT BOY IS BAD AND HONESTLY
HE'S A WOLF IN DISGUISE
BUT I CAN'T STOP STARING IN THOSE EVIL EYES"___
Jennifer's POV:
It must have been 2 in the afternoon and I'd just started my shift, waiting for James as usual.
I had the urge to sleep gnawing away at my body, but unfortunately, if I dared to interfere with my eyes for even a second, I risked getting a shoe in the face to wake me up.
I heard the little del sports bell signaling that someone had entered and saw James looking annoyed.
"What's with you today?" I said as he walked past me without even looking me in the eye.
He stopped dead in his track and backed towards me until he was a few centimetres away from my face.
"Did you fuck with Tom? And don't fucking dare lie to me." he spat at me, anger filling his eyes.
He looked offended, his ego bruised.
"No, what makes you say that?" I returned the same energy.
"Bullshit Jennifer, I saw you go into a room and then he strangely followed you there and you never came out again. Believe me, I waited for you until 4 a.m., until I was the only one left standing." he said, his voice cracking with emotion.
I put my hands around his face and looked at him with a sigh.
"I didn't have sex with Tom. I swear I didn't. I just-" I sighed. "-went to sleep in the first available room and he followed me, but nothing happened." I said, caressing his cheek.
I withdrew my hands from his face and felt his on my hips, which were trembling slightly.
He took me in his arms and I closed my eyes. James was like an older brother who worried dangerously about me. That's why I didn't have many boyfriends, James was always there to piss them off.
And when I had one-night stands, I didn't have to tell him. I'd rather tell Chloe.
"All good?" I say, breaking away from his embrace to look him in the eye.
He nodded with a half-smile and returned to the garage, where he worked on one of the cars.

Tom's POV:
Bill and I were in front of the garage because we'd come to check how his car was progressing. I'd be lying if I hadn't come just to see Jennifer too.
I saw James ahead of us entering the store. I motioned to my brother to be discreet and we stood a little to the side of the store, where we could see what was going on without them being able to see us.
James seemed irritated, but just Jennifer's hands seemed to calm him down. Why did she even feel compelled to touch him like that?
He calmed down after Jennifer's words, which were audible from outside the store. He directed his hands to her hips and I felt an urge inside me to rip them off.
