Chezray dodged another swing from a vampire, jumping backwards almost to be caught in another's arms. He flipped in mid air, using his supernatural agility and aerial prowess to push himself over the kid and land on his feet. Just as his feet touched the ground, a large splash of blood dripped onto the floor. It was from the wound inflicted on him earlier on. He had been fighting against nearly 70 vampires for the last 10 minutes and all that he's been able to do is dodge and jump around. They attacked him and left no openings for him to counter react. They worked like a unit and would jump in whenever he tried to create an opening for himself. It was odd, it was as if he wasn't capable of drawing up all of his strength, something didn't make sense to him. His eyes lurked around.

"My wound is not healing, nor am I even slightly stronger due to the effects of the Full Moon. What the Hell is going on here?" he placed his hand over the wound.

It had ruptured part of his respiratory system and cut right through the colon of his large intestine, "If this was the effect of wolf's bane, it would not work on me. I've evolved enough to be immune to that, so what is it that is keeping everything of mine at bay?"

His thoughts continued to venture as he looked up at Dominic who had been standing at higher footing the entire time with a wicked grin on his face watching everything unfold. The mere fact that Chezray was bleeding gave vampires more reason to continue to go at him. Hunger, he knew if one of them managed to wrap their arms around him, it would be an instant game over.
He felt a shift behind him and quickly ducked down. Evading a swipe that could've decapitated him. He spun around, catching the vampire's legs, tripping him. The searing pain from his wound burst through with a pain comparable to the absurd screech of claws on a chalkboard to the ear. It prevented him from capitalising on that opportunity as he fell to a single knee. He grabbed his wound, clenching it tightly and started coughing up blood. Aggressively coughing as more and more blood splattered on the floor in large portions. His red eyes wide and confused. All he could do was try get up, he was vulnerable. He had to make sure he could react to another attack. He rolled to the side, his blood leaving a trail on the floor as the heel of another student sank into the floor. Shattering everything under the vampire's foot. Chezray managed to make it back to one knee again, slowly lifting up, still applying pressure to his wound with his hand. He stared around.

"Well, then. That's wonderful news," he heard Dominic shouting.

His voice echoed throughout the Sport's Hall as all the vampire students halted and looked towards him. This gave Chezray enough time to stagger backwards into a wall. He used the wall's stability to try get him back to his feet, succeeding, but in the process painting the wall with red.

He finally looked up to see Dominic putting his phone away and looking down at him, his malicious crimson eyes filled with malice, yet his smile with fanged teeth was filled with delight.
"You won't believe what Sean just told me," said Dominic as he clapped his hands together, "Your beta. . . is dead."

The thought struck Chezray awfully odd. It had seemed so completely impossible that he had forgotten to try keep tabs on Banny. He closed his eyes and listened carefully. He could hear the heartbeat of everything around him. He could hear the movement of muscle, his abilities as a werewolf were so advanced that his spacial awareness was unparred with in his generation. The heart beats of everyone in the Sport's Hall, the heartbeat of Lizo and Abbey, even of Sean and Chioma, but-
Nothing from Banny. Not even the sound of movement. Chezray's heart sunk. His mind drawing out the image in his head. Banny's lifeless corpse on the floor, lying on his right side. Eyes wide open, yet with no life in a cold and shocked stare. Blood running dry and dark from an arm-sized hole through his sternum. Chezray's eyes popped wide open.

"No. . . that's not true. He's alive. He is alive!!!" he started shouted, his voice cracked and his body quivered as he pushed himself away from the wall to his own two spaghetti legs. He stared at Dominic with a cold-blooded rage. His claws extended, his canines bared.
The vampire students were about to strike as they came to a sudden halt again when Dominic raised his hand.
