"It's weird not being at rehearsal," Ricky sighed as he looked around Big Red's basement.

After rehearsal was offically called off, Ricky and Gracie decided to go to Big Red's because they both didn't feel like going home quite yet.

Ricky laughed at his own words and shook his head. "How stupid is that?"

"I don't find it stupid at all," Gracie didn't take her eyes off her phone as she scrolled through Instagram. "You get stuck in a routine and then it changes without any warning, it's weird."

"What if we just did the show without her?" Big Red suggested.

"We can't even take a picture with out her," Ricky responded, looking more heart broken about the show than Gracie thought he would have been. "No offense."

"Nah, you're right, dude," Big Red looked down, accepting that the musical wasn't in the future anymore.

The doorbell rung, breaking the trio away from the silence that had fallen upon them. The door opened and closed as Big Red sat up straighter in his chair.

"Down here, Kaden," Big Red yelled up the stairs, earning some weird looks from his two friends.

"What's happening?" Gracie whispered to Ricky as they heard footsteps approach Big Red's room.

"I don't know," he watched as Kaden appeared on the stairs.

"Hope it's cool. I invited Stef and Rico," Kaden said, pointing behind him as the other to followed him down stairs.

"What's up, guys?" Ricky greeted, still confused on why they were here.

Gracie gave them a wave as Big Red explained what was going on. "When you guys didn't text back, I reached out to some peeps. I wanted some company tonight."

The doorbell rang again, getting Big Red to start looking confused now.

"It's open?" he yelled up the stairs, shaking his head.

They waited as the footsteps got clearer and Ashlyn walked down the stairs, looking just as confused to she everyone there.

"Hey, guys," she greeted, looking at everyone in the room.

"Okay, how many people are coming?" Ricky stood up, chuckling lightly.

"Uh, that should be it," Big Red said looking around at the group of people. But just as he said that the door opened again.

"Actually, give it a minute," Ashlyn gave them a tight lipped smile as a lot of chatter came from upstairs.

Before they knew it, the entire theater department besides Miss Jenn was in the basement, sitting in awkward silence, waiting for someone to say something.

Gracie and Ricky sat together trying to have a silent conversation with each other. Neither one of them knew what to say. Everything that had happened was out in the open, and it was pretty obvious that nobody new what to do about it.
