and because i forgot to do it on yesterdays chapter 🤣. here is my race take: I'm still not over Oscar's first podium and the McLaren 2-3. So proud of my papaya boys! 5 retirements is mental but what was entertaining was Sergio retiring on lap 15 then going back out on +6 laps at lap 40 then retiring 3 laps later but serving his penalty as wel as Logan getting one. Valterri retired in lap 7, with Lance retiring on lap 20, Logan following on lap 22 and his teammate Alex 4 laps later. Mercedes using Carlos' method of DRS defense against him. Lando lead the race for a lap before pitting. Sergio had 2 race pens. Massive congrats to redbull on a 6th constructors championship so to every possible redbull fan who may read this, massive well done. I don't know how Sergio managed to break 2 front wings but he did so there you have it. A weeks break and then it's chaos again as Max aims to win the driver's championship at Qatar next weekend. I'm happy for any Charles Leclerc fans as your boy has claimed 1000 points to his name in his F1 career and joining the likes of Lewis and Fernando.
Overall, good weekend to be a papaya fan with Lando getting P2 and Oscar getting his first F1 podium by finishing P3. It still feels surreal that there was a double McLaren podium 🧡
